Trust and Relief

All eyes were on her the moment she opened the door. Everyone was in their seats, staring at the girl who still had bandages around her left shoulder and some gauze on her forehead. This was the first time she hesitated. Shaking off the stares, Madaline continued to her desk, eyes kept off everyone and tried to keep all emotions out. The most potent eyes on her was Kaminari, probably because of the lightning scar, which was slightly shown by her flannel pushed up to her elbows. Before anyone could say anything, Aizawa walked in, gauze on his head, and his arm in a cast.

"Your fight is long from over." His statement made some people panic. "The UA Sports Festival is approaching, so do your best." The man then sat against the wall, falling asleep. The attention was back on her, creating annoyance in her mind.

"Why?" Ochako whispered, asking the one question on everyone's mind.

Madaline closed her eyes, taking deep breaths, now's not the time for a panic attack. "I woke up in a century far from my own." That answer won't answer anything! She winced at her words, filled with guilt.

"You're still adjusting right?" Bakugou grunted, relaxing before noticing the shocked stares he got. "What? It's logical, isn't it?!"

"He's right, there are times where I talk about something that died long ago, and I get questions."

"Like that time you were listening to old music?" Jirou started to relax.

"That was music from my time." Seeing everyone started to relax, she did so herself.

"Is that why you don't like loud noises, the bomb that went off?" Mina's racoon eyes started to sparkle.

"Yeah."

"Hey, guys! Now we have someone to really impress! Let's show Maddie just how manly this century is!" Kirishima fist-bumped the air, pumping everyone else up as well. Their excitement made her smile. No one dared to ask questions about the 20th century. As everyone was hyped up, Madaline decided to go onto the news app she had.

An Agent of SHIELD is walking among us?

The rumors of Agent Pandora waking up is spreading like wildfire!

Civilians are demanding for answers, some angry, some scared, and some curious.
Historians are raving over the news of Agent Pandora and are currently trying to find what they looked like.

A hand grabbed her phone, swiping out the news app. "You don't need to see that, go home." Todoroki told her that the home-bell rung.

"Oh, thanks. I'll see everyone later!" Madaline walked out, only to see a semicircle of first-years. I have a meeting with the staff!

"You think that's her?" "It's gotta be, she's the only one who's not a student!" "That doesn't mean anything, doofus!" The voices continued to whisper.

"Move over, cannon fodder." A grumpy voice hissed.

"They're here to scope out the competition." Bakugou grabbed the younger girl's wrist, tugging her off, but a voice stopped them.

"So this is the famous hero course? Looks like a bunch of arrogant people and those who are afraid of speaking up for themselves." This new guy was passive-aggressive and very tired. A grand total of everyone in the hall shut up the moment he spoke. This guy's in the 1-C class! She recognized that hair from one of the files. Shinsou Hitoshi.
"T-Technically, I'm not a student." Madaline tried to defend herself.
