My heart is stardust and you are the fire burning in empty space.
My heart is the sun and yet you cradle my waist.
My heart is dark matter and it's you who unravels me.
My heart is full of stars but you look where no else can see.
My heart is the universe and yet with me you waltz, hand on my hips.
My heart is going supernova but you take shelter between my lips.
Why is it that I am everything that has ever created anything, the catalyst to all our horrors, and yet you kiss me softly, gently, as if you fear it will never be enough and that I will never hurt you?
I'm exploding, falling outward with enough force to push you away. No gravity can save you, can't you see?
My heart is a planet and you're the human holding on for dear life.
