I put Alec down In The guest bed. His face still green as the grass.
"Mom," I turned to my mother. "Whats wrong with Alec and how did he know you." I knew that it was a question on his mind ever since Alec said her moms first name. Mom looked at me with sad black eyes.
"Honey, I don't know what to say.."
"how about the truth?!" i yelled clearly mad.
Why won't anybody tell me I wondered I wasn't a baby.
"Well for Alec he is not human."
"I know about that! Oh did you miss the whole shebang with Alec or was that just ME!" then my mom went up to me and smacked me.
"Don't you Dare use that tone with me I am still your mother the mother who raised you for 1 13 years more or less so before you ever think about using that tone with me think again. You hear me?!" I rubbed my cheek defensibly.
"Yes, Mother"
"and about the questions-" before she could finish Alec eyes up.
"Ask Alec." I looked into his pale face and blindly brown eyes.
And that's for sure I knew my life was going to change.
