Third Person POV
Two days after the battle against the Airfield Princess Holmes was sitting at the pier as his usual he had one foot on the pier while the other one was hanging off the edge Holmes deep he thought he didn't notice Kaga sitting down next to him. It stayed silent for awhile giving time for everyone to watch them sit together Holmes sighed getting himself out of his thoughts he looked to his right and noticed Kaga he almost jumped when he noticed her.
Kaga: "I was wondering how long it would take."
Holmes: "Hehehe sorry was thinking what's up?"
Kaga: "That's what I was wondering about you."
Holmes: "I'm fine just had something come up that I had mostly forgot about memories can be such a nuisance sometimes."
Kaga: "What makes you say that?"
Holmes: "What you want stroy time or something?"
Kaga: "Sure why not it a story with this scenery will be great."
Holmes: "Alright but I've got to warn you I'm a bad stroy teller."
-Flashback ten months- Holmes POV
It's been ten months already huh? Since I first doned my Outfit and begun my battle against the Abyssals almost feels like yesterday Zelis was trying to get people to hook up to an Outfit the sky fortress Outfit. My sister had became a ship just two months ago her name lost she took up the name of Clemson an American destroyer because of that I simply didn't want to see her go out and fight the Abyssals. I thought it was going to be filled with danger for her so when I saw a chance to try and fight with her I did Zelis already tried to hook up several people all female of course to no avail none of them synced with the Outfit. I went up I was laughed at treated like a fool and an idiot but I didn't care I hooked myself up to the Outfit everyone there tried to stop me but they were no late I was already done. Too everyone's surprise the Outfit started up I flew up a few feet before the Outfit ran out of power and crashed back down the crowd clapped for me Zelis was shocked. Good times she took me with her to the U.S Navy base that housed the shipgirl fleets at least the main base for them once we arrived everyone thought she was crazy I mean who wouldn't a male using an Outfit? It made no sense then she showed me off like I was some show and tell project that gave Zelis the funding she needed and of course an endless stream of volunteers for the project. Of course they started training me my training partner was the name ship of the Yorktown class if carriers Yorktown she was an great teacher I also had a cruiser be a teacer of mine had to lean how to use my cannons and such Northampton helped out there. A week passed and I was still struggling to really fight but an attack by a fleet of Abyssals happened and I was the only one that could be sent out and I did I took flight and went to save this fleet. Once I arrived the enemy fleet was fring in turns to keep a constant barrage on the allied fleet The Abyssal fleet was two battleships, a carrier, and three crusiers. The American fleet was two destroyers a damaged battleship and a carrier that was out of planes one of the destroyer I would recognize anywhere Clemson she was damaged as well holding up her fellow destroyer Benson. The battleship Arizona was covering them all while all Enterprise could do was watch a volley was sent by every ship in the Abyssal fleet so I did the only thing I could to protect them all take the volley. I received minimal damage and pushed the smoke away I lunched all of my aircraft and sent them at the Abyssal fleet a number of them were shot down and one of my B-17's crashed into the carrier sinking it the others were all damaged by bombs. I managed to destroy most of them with a second wave but the last battleship charged at me I got so scared I froze the battleship would have rammed into me if Clemson had not fired a torpedo at it sinking it.
Clemson: "Thanks for mostly saving us strange girl! Who are you?"
Holmes: "Do I really look like a girl to you I mean I know it's been like two months but come on!"
Clemson: "Huh??"
Arizona: "So your the first of the Second Generation of ships a male I was told you were strange but I wasn't expecting this."
Holmes: "Yeah well come on let's head back oh look it's Yorktown and Northampton."
Yotktown: "HOLMES!"|
Holmes: "Ah crap."
Yorktown: "How could you go out? You can barely fly straight and you can't aim your cannons worth anything yet!"
Enterprise: "Y-Yorktown?"
Clemson: "I've never seen her so angery before."
Holmes: "I'm sorry."
Yorktown: "But thank you for saving them. That doesn't mean your off the hook I'm doubling your taining and your not eating for a while."
Holmes: "Wait hold on."
Yorktown: "Did I stutter?"
Holmes: "NO MA'AM!"
Northampton: "What just happened?"
Clemson: "I don't know."
Yorktown: "Ah you how do you know Holmes Clemson dear?"
Cleamson: "Huh well before I became I ship I had a brother you know he was the yonger one and I took care of him but then I had to go off and be a ship. Well it seems my brother has followed me."
Enterprise: "HUH?!"
Benson: "You know when you said you had a yonger brother I was thinking like little little not like a year or two."
Clemson: "Not my fault you assumed."
Yorktown: "Alright cut the chatter time to go back."
