She doesn't know if this's real or not.
But the fact that she can grasp right now is he suddenly fainted out and not seems to waking up again.
Last thing she could remember that he wanted to tell something, but what's that, she doesn't know.
She thought that he finally recovered from his sick, because he seems energetic.
That's why she with happily walking around hospital with him, without his usual wheelchair.
Now she's regretting.
Nobody seems around them. Just two of them.
She looking at blue sky that painted with white clouds and rays of sun, that look like mocking them—no, just her.
Because today's beautiful summer day, that's made her want to take a walk with him.
It because of heat?
No, just because of it, he could've told her before.
More ever, they just want to back to his room right before it.
So why?
She called his name several times, but he still doesn't reply.
And now she's crying while hugging his body.
All this her fault.
Why she doesn't notice it before?
"Please, wake up, Haruka!!", so many times that she've said it, yet still no answer.
More tears fall down from her eyes.
Suddenly, she saw someone who's approaching them.
She looked at him.
With tears and hope expression, now she's hoping he could be save.
"Please, help Haruka...", she's sobbing hard when said that sentence.
