Am I good enough?

Lances pov:
We had just gotten back from a mission to get slav from the galra base. Shiro is now chewing me out for "messing around" with the galra's pet. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!?! All he said was 'yup'. Plus why am I getting yelled at? I'm the one who saved us in the end! Right...?
"Lance you need to take being on this team more serious! Someone could have gotten seriously injured! Because what you wanted to have a pet!?" Shiro spat. I could feel my eyes start to get glossy as tears threaten to spill. I knew I wasn't good enough. I knew I was a screw up! I knew I always some how screwed up every mission! But I bit my tongue hard, hard enough that the rusty taste of my own blood filled my mouth. I couldn't cry not here infront of everyone.
" lance what were you even thinking?" Shiro starts again " if you can't even follow simple tasks maybe you shouldn't be on the team?"
Everyone gasped
"Shiro don't you think that's a bit much" Pidge piped in.
"Really Pidge?! He's practically useless! He messes us up during every mission! If we didn't need him to fly the blue lion he wouldn't even be on the team!"  He spat again.
Useless? Is that what everyone one thought of me, useless? At this point I run out of the room I couldn't take it anymore! 
Pidge, and hunk yelled after me but I didn't stop I needed to get out of there.
Pidge pov:

"Shiro what the hell has gotten into you!?" I yelled.
"oh come on Pidge we were all thinking it!" Shiro snapped back.
"I for one agree with shiro. He doesn't bring much to the table he's always flirting and making jokes."  Allura piped in.
"I wasn't thinking that at all shiro, Allura what's wrong with you?" I said.
" yeah shiro if it wasn't for lance and his shooting abilities we would have been toast!" Kieth added.
" I  should go check on him I haven't seen him this shaken up since... never mind." Hunk said and shared a knowing look with Pidge.
"Can I join you?" Kieth said.
"For now I think it would be better if it was just me and hunk. You see when he gets like this he needs people he trust's. Not saying he doesn't trust you but you don't know his entire situation."  I imply.
" what do you mean entire situation?"  Kieth had a puzzled face on.
"That's something for you to ask him." And with that me and hunk were off to go make sure he's ok.
Kieth's pov
I was pretty mad at shiro and Allura for what they said. I mean in the end lance was the one to save all there asses. I just wish I knew if he was ok. Maybe I could stop bye his room later and check in on him?
I was walking threw the hall when I saw hunk and Pidge gathered by the bathroom door. They looked like they were in a panic so I asked them if everything was alright.
"Yes, everything is fine it's just once we got to lances room he stormed off and said he didn't want to talk and ran into the bathroom." Pidge said
"Oh, okay.  Mind if I try and talk to him?"
"You can try but your probably not going to get far." Hunk piped in
"Hey lance?" I knocked on the door but no response came. "Come on dude were all worried about you..."
"Just leave me alone Kieth." He mumbled.
"Nope sorry I can't do that!" I responded.
"I don't feel like talking right now so just leave me alone all of you!" Lance snapped harshly.
Pidge grabbed kieth's shoulder gently.
"Maybe it's best if we just give him some space for now." She gave me a warm faint smile telling me he was going to be ok. I just don't I understand why he's acting like this. I know shiro was harsh but he's like that all the time with lance. Why is lance just now reacting? I hope he's ok.
