My name is Riley Griffin.I'm 17 and I have blonde hair and green eyes and I just happen to be gay.I'm connected to a dinosaur, Sounds crazy right, It's true.I live on a ranch with my older brother Matt and my dog Rubik.Matt makes me do chores every day.While I was looking for Rubik,I found a green glowing gem-like thing.I hide it under a bunch of stones. Crack A branch snapped, I hid behind a tall bush.
"Where is that stupid Energem?"I looked up to see a weird looking creature searching the ground. That's what that thing was: An energem. A dog started barking,I turned to see rubik growling at the monster
"Go away mutt!"It said kicking Rubik,Rubik yelped and limped away.I snapped.No one hurts my dog. I jumped out from behind the bush.
"Do hurt all of the animals that you see or just mine?"I asked gritting my teeth
"YOU, you have the energem!" It said throwing lightning bolts at me,I dove out of the way.''
"Rubik,Go home."I said picking up a large pipe.Rubik ran out of the woods limping.That made me even angerer.I gripped the pipe harder.The part that I was holding suddenly felt like a handle of a sword.I glanced at the pipe,it was a sword.The monster threw more lightning at me.I spun the sword in a circle causing the lightning bolts to reflect off of my sword and hit the monster.He staggered
"I'll be back, Ranger."It said disappearing in a flash.I dug the Gem out from under the stones.It started to glow.A memory filled my mind of a raptor turning green for a second.
"Whoa,That was weird."I muttered.I remembered a Dino Museum that is not far from the ranch. My brother let me use his old dirt-bike to get there.What he didn't tell me is that the damnable thing is broken.It got me about 6 miles up the road then it died.I drug it to the side of the road and started to read the instructions manuel.A strong wind blew it out of my hands.
"I can't figure this out." I said finally.I thought about calling Matt but my phone's dead.I heard a car driving up the road
"Hey!" The Jeep slowed down.I felt a vibration in my pocket but I didn't have time to check it because the Jeep pulled over.
"Need some help?"The driver said, getting out of the car. He was kinda cute but not really my type.He looked about my age.An African American girl got out of the car
"Tyler,What's the hold up?" She asked
"Shelby be nice.I'm Tyler and this is Shelby."Tyler said holding out his hand.
"Riley."I shook his hand.Someone screamed.I ran toward the voice with Tyler and Shelby right behind me.A man was trapped under an overturned car, a woman ran up to us with tears flowing down her face.
"It's alright miss We'll help."Tyler, Shelby and I pushed the car.I felt a surge of power.The car rolled away easily.I pulled out the energem,Tyler and shelby did the same.Tyler:Red,Shelby:Pink.
"Let me guess you're going to the Dino Museum too."Tyler said.I was too shocked to answer but i nodded.When we arrived, Tyler wanted a picture in a t-rex skeleton head.After the picture,He pulled on one of the skeleton's teeth.The tooth moved and a trapdoor opened under him.He yelped and fell down.I glanced at Shelby,she shrugged in response.She slide down and I soon followed a few minutes later,we came into a room
