AGENTS- Shizaya Fanfiction

Chapter eleven:

Izaya's POV:
"I knew it, I'm still not strong enough to fight him, so why do I want to try even when I know the result, " I said.
I turned around and saw Shiro's hologram staring at me.
"Why did you betray the agency, Shiro-senpai, " I thought.
Suddenly the door to the lab opened it was Shizuo.
"Izaya, are you alright?"
"I'm fine, don't worry."
He hugged me.
"Then why do you look like you're about to cry?"
"I'm not gonna cry, " I said as tears began filling my eyes.
"Then what are you doing right now?"
"Shut up, I'm not crying."
"It's alright if you can't beat him, I'll be here by your side to help you, " Shizuo said.
"Shizuo."
"Don't worry, we'll kick his ass together, " Shizuo said before lifting my chin.
Then he started blushing.
"Sorry, I got caught up in the moment, " Shizuo shouted as he let go.
I tilted my head.
"What?"
"Nevermind, let's go talk to Shinra, " Shizuo said as he grabbed my hand.
"Okay."
He pulled me along as we went to Shinra.
"Izaya, how is the weapon, " he asked.
"You should make gloves to go with it, and somewhere to grip the weapon at, " Izaya says.
"Was that all, " Shinra said.
"Also the person who will use needs to be measured so you can adjust the scythe to their height. Considering this weapon uses potential energy stored by enemy contact to burst wind from the blade, you need to make sure that their height and weight are a match with the weapon otherwise they'll get blown away."
"So how was it for you?"
"It's not a weapon I would use, I would rather stick my knives or my Katana, but it would be perfect for Shizuo if you make it a bit sturdier.
"Sturdier?"
"Yeah, so he doesn't end up breaking it, also make it easy to compact down, weapons this big will just use up space, " I said.
"That seems about right, thank you."
"Number 21 and Number 11, please report to my office, " Asahi said.
"What did I do now, " I thought.
We walked to the office, and the little kid we saved before was there.
He ran up to me and hugged me.
"Are you alright, Mr. Izaya, " he asked.
"Don't worry Taiga-chan, I'm alright."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"I called you in because my nephew felt guilty about you getting hurt. He wanted me to apologize for sending you on a mission while injured."
"That was a dick move, " I thought.
"Asa-chan, it's alright, I'm fine right now, so there's no reason to worry."
"Izaya."
"Now that I'm healed I'm going to train more so I can kick his ass. Shinra has a simulation of Shiro's fighting style in the weapons test room, I will try my best to fight it as many times as I can, " I said with a smile.
Shizuo patted me on the head.
"Don't push yourself too hard, you idiot."
"Who are you calling an idiot, you brute, " I said.
He smiled at me, and then he kept ruffling my hair.
"You're so cute, " he mumbled.
"Huh?"
"Nothing."
