Chapter 7 Escape

Poppy pov

I hate it being locked in here I wanted to escape I didn't want to become her prisoner any longer I look to see a key far away from me

Poppy:great how am I supposed to reach that

I thought irritated me until an idea came out of my mind

I used my my feet to reach reach to grab the key until it hit the floor I used my other feet to slide it down to me luckily it worked

I slide it all the way down the cage with me I use my hands to grab the key off my feet I use it to unlock the chains off my wrist and feet and the cage

Now all I could do is find branch and the others to leave

I ran and hide in the closet for no one to catch me once I see no one inside I left out the closet to go straight to the other cages

I use the keys to unlock the cage branch was in he left out and  ran and hugged me

Branch:Poppy so glad your ok

I'm glad I as well found you now hurry and leave I'll be right behind you I said to him to assured him I was okay but he stopped to look at me

Branch:Wait where is everyone else branch asked Shocked

I alerted everyone out of the dungeon out of the ship even my father to make sure they're safe away from her raft

Branch: that's good to hear but I think I should stay with you

Poppy:No Branch you almost got torture to death because of me I won't let it happen again you must leave with everyone else

Branch:but poppy we've been through stuff together....

*Poppy sobs hugging him*

Poppy: I know but I'm doing this for your own good I'll be right behind you just go now

He nodded and left

Poppy immediately made sure every cage is empty before leaving out with everyone else
