Christina POV

"So what shall we do today?" I asked, returning the mischievous look.  He just smirked and grabbed my hand, and led me downstairs.  "We will be right back." He told his friends. We walked outside, and quickly got into his range rover. "Where are we going?" I asked.

"You'll see when we get there." He responded.

"Aren't you full of surprises." I giggled. A few minutes later, Austin parked in the parking lot of a lawyer office. "Why are we here?" I asked, confused.

"Well, I was thinking, since your 17, you can't live with me legally, unless you are emancipated. So what do ya say bout that?" He responded, looking me in the eye.

"That sounds great! I will be an adult before I'm 18, and I can did whatever I want." I responded enthusiastically.

"Yea, but, when we get in there you have to have a more believable reason. Okay?" He responded, still looking me in the eye. It felt like he was staring into my soul or something so I just said, "Okay." And looked away.
**3 HOURS LATER**

I can't believe it. I just have to get my mother to sign this and I'm an adult. Austin drove back to his house. "You wanna do this now or wait?" He asked as I was looking over at my home.

"Better sooner than later." I said.

"You want me to come with you?" He said looking over at me.

"No." I just said getting out if the car. He kissed my forehead and I went over to my home. I rang the door bell and waited. Moments later Alyssa answered the door, "Well its great to see you --" she began. I rolled my eyes and walked in past her. "Where were you!" My mother yelled, rather than ask, as I walked into the kitchen where she was. "What does it matter to you?" I questioned putting down the papers in front of her. "Emancipation!" She said laughing. She grabbed a pen, signed the papers, and told me to leave. I walked out of the house and over to Austin's house. I was going to ring the doorbell but I began crying. I could believe she just laughed, signed the papers, and told me to leave. It's as if I never even mattered to her, as if I wasn't her daughter. My thoughts were interrupted when Austin opened the door, "What's wrong?" He asked, embracing me in a hug. I hugged him back and tried to stop crying but I couldn't. Eventually my crying calmed down a bit. He put his hands around my waist and lifted me up, I put my arms around his neck and wrapped my legs around him. He kissed my neck gently and carried me inside. I walked to the living room and sat on the couch, his friends were not home at the moment. "She signed the papers." I said slowly as I was sitting on his lap. "So what are you crying about?" He asked. I told him what happened.
Austin POV

She was upset and reasonably upset. We drove back to the lawyer office and fave the signed papers, she was officially emancipated and officially mine. When we arrived back home, Alex, Zach and Robert were not home. I took her to my room and put her on my bed. I began kissing her and undressing her. "Austin stop." She said in between kisses, I didn't stop.
