It was the morning when Alias was feeling extra down. The day before was really fucked up. She got her lunch money taken by a group of "popular" bitches. They were always so rude to her for no reason. But if course that's society. Judging you for being you and not the way they are. So they treat you like shit, to make them look better and "cool." Which fucking isn't at all. It just makes them look desperate for popularity or whatever they want.
They would look at me in the locker room making fun of my body. How it wasn't all perfect like theirs. Which was fucking sick, having these girls looking at your body when you try to dress into your PE outfit. Like come on! Let me change in fucking peace without you waiting to say something rude about me to put me down, which they already do.
But back to the present. Well I walked into World History class and sat at my desk as I normally would every morning. Then the "popular" bitches came over. Their names were Savannah, Sarah and the leader Brittany. They would come over and say something about my outfit or how ugly or worthless I was. To make me feel feel like shit, but I already felt like shit always. They didn't even have to help. They just make me feel even more worst about myself. But they don't give a flying fuck.
"Don't you look like shit today!" Brittany said with her other friends laughing like annoying hyenas. Then she smacked my books off my desk and then said, "Oh aren't you going to pick up that shit!?" As they walked away flipping their long hair and laughing. I got down and picked up my books that they knocked over. "I hate my life." I mumbled and slammed my books back on the table that they smacked on the ground. "They think they're all that. Like their better than everyone else in the world." I mumbled quietly as I then sat down at my desk and got my pencil out ready for whatever we were about to do today in class. Which I didn't feel like doing anything at all at the moment. I just wanted to be alone, like always.
Then the bell rang and everyone got in their seats for the announcement. After the announcements, the teacher told Tyler to pass out the papers. When he came to me he threw the paper at me, like he was hoping it would drop. Which it didn't so then I began my work, but then I got interrupted by the teacher, not even on the fourth question or even the third. "Come here, I need you to do something." she said waiting for me to come patiently with a smile. I put my pencil down and walked over. As I walked over the teacher, she said, "Can you go to the office for the new girl?" I felt nervous but I nodded and said "Yes ma'am." Really not wanting to go, because it might be another one of those girls that act better than everyone else. But I didn't want to be rude and I might have had any choice.
I then walk out the class and down the hallway. As I walked past the gym, I saw the teenagers in there playing dodge ball and screaming at each other. As I get to the office door I feel myself getting very nervous. "Well here goes nothing..." I mumble and I open the door slowly. Then I see a girl with pale skin , red straight hair with bangs and light blue eyes. I looked at her up and down and see her wave with a big smile on her face. I look for the principle and see him standing at the desk next to another person talking. "Excuse me." I tell the principle politely not trying to interrupt, "I was sent to pick up the new girl." He looked at me and said, "Oh! That's her right there! Her name is Amy. Can you show her around the school? I will tell your teacher that your going to be late for class because your showing the new student... I mean Amy around. Thanks!" he said with a smile and a friendly wink. Then went back to talking to the person he was talking to about whatever he was talking about. I headed towards the door and open it while Amy followed behind. I walk out the office with her into the hallway.
I think about why the teacher picked me to get the new girl. Then this happened.... "So what's your name?! Do you want to be friends!? What's your favor.." I look at her with my eyes getting wide. "Oh I'm sorry. I just... It's just nobody likes me. I always get picked and teased for being different and get in trouble for talking a lot in class." she said looking down and looking like she was about to cry. She wasn't though, but it looked that way. I look at her blankly, she looked up and gave a weak smile, then looked down again at her feet. She was wearing cute little light pink vans. "Wh-Why are you even talking to me?" I say looking at her as she looked up at me. "I don't really know! I guess it's because you look nice!" She said smiling and looking back down. Then I said "It's ok I'm bullied to." I smiled weakly and felt embarrassed for what I had just said. Just trying to make her feel better, but made myself remember how people were so mean to me. Then I saw her put her head back up and looked at me like I was lying. "But why!? Your pretty and seem like a really nice person to be friends with once someone gets to know you!"
I squint at her, like she was lying but her eyes said she wasn't. "Well people call me ugly and worthless and so on." I say trying to not ignore her but made myself feel worst. She looked in my eyes with her light ocean blue eyes and gave me a big hug and let go quickly scared that I might get mad. I just looked at her confused. Then thought 'WTF IS WRONG WITH HER!? WHY WOULD SOMEONE HUG SOMETHING LIKE THIS!' "Um what was that for?" I looked at her shocked and waiting for a quick response. "I can tell you needed a hug and you seem like you have depression and different just like me." I looked at her shocked, my eyes wide open and stopped walking. "H-how did you know I had depression?" "Well you get to look at people and observe them when you have no friends. But it's ok, your secrets safe with me! I promise! I never break a promise, never have and never will!" she said smiling big and like she cared. "T-Thanks, but we should really be getting to class." I say and walk faster thinking I can out walk her, but she catches up of course. I show her around the school quickly trying to avoid any more questions from her. A few minutes later we get to the class door. "You have the first class with me." I say as I open the door.
As I walk in class the teacher looks at me with a smile. "What took you two so long?" The teacher asked smiling at Amy. "Amy had to go to the bathroom. Also the principle told me to show her around. He said he was going to tell you." I say lying and giving a fake smile, hoping she wouldn't notice it was fake. "Oh ok. He didn't tell me yet. But I believe you." She smiled.
I then went back to my desk, sat down and started back on my work. "Come here Amy." Mrs. Harison said. The teachers name was Mrs. Harison. Amy walked over to her as told. Then Mrs. Harison stood up, brushing off her skirt to try to make it straight from the back. She cleared her throat before she was about to speak. "Excuse me everyone I would like to introduce a new student to the class." she said as everyone looked up had there eyes glued to Amy. They started snickering as a boy named James said, "She looks so stupid like a lil bitch!" Then Mrs. Harison yelled, "You better stop that or your getting after school detention! Again!" James became quiet and looked at Amy all evil like it was her fault. Which it wasn't of course.
"Well as I was about to say her name before I got rudely interrupted by nonsense. This is Amy everyone. You can go sit next to Alias. Since that's the only seat available." she said pointing at me. Of course I said in my mind, she would tell her to sit next to me.
I kept working on my work. The bell rang 20 minutes later. I got up and got everything together and walked out the class. "Wait! I need help to get to my next class! We have the same class next, Language Art!" she said in a rush gathering her books rushing towards me. I stop and look at her struggle as she rushed towards me and had a weak smile on her face. "Can we please be friends?" She said really hoping for the answer yes. "I will think about it." I said but in my mind I thought, 'Why would someone want to be my friend?'
I start walking with her to my next class. We sat next to each other again. Well she sat next to me. "We have a new student I see! You can sit next to Alias as long as you don't talk! But welcome to our class, I'm glad to have you here!" She said and smiled brightly showing her white perfect teeth and her dimples showing.
Time passed by while we worked quietly on our work not saying a word to each other. The bell rang again and we went to Spanish next. I didn't want to go to Spanish. Amy also had Spanish with me too. Just great. When we got there it was lunch time next. We normally have lunch when we arrive at Spanish and after lunch the actual class. We dropped our stuff off and walked down to the lunch room with the rest of the class. Amy walked by my side making sure she doesn't loose me. "Can I sit with you please!?" She said with a weak smile. "S-Sure." I say nicely with a weak smile, and thought 'I hope she doesn't start being annoying. Well she might, but oh well. I mean someone is actually willing to be my friend.'
