~Chapter 7~

After hearing Naira's scream, immediately everyone came to the basement , they all were shocked, Kartik hugged Naira , she tried to look at 'it' but Kartik didn't let her

"You don't have to see it" Kartik said and tried to calm her

There was a lot of blood on the floor and on the middle of the floor, lied a dead Nestor. Tristan went near the body and looked closely at the wound

"Stabbed?" He said to himself and then clicked a few pictures of wounds with his phone.

"No there's a leakage in his body, so the blood decided to flow out of him in the form of a fountain, of course he's stabbed" Jack said annoyed and scared

"No these marks, look at them they are similar to Emily's" Tristan said which caught everyone's attention.

"Two deaths in the same way" Catherine said

"Maybe they can be for same reason" Kartik said

"And what do you think is the reason for Emily's death" Jack said folding his hands near his chest and narrowing his eyes at Kartik

"I'm not sure, ok?" Kartik said

"Then don't say anything" Jack shouted

"Calm down Jack" Tristan said by grabbing Jack by his shoulder

"How can I, How can we, there's a freaking dead body lying in our house's basement" Jack said while panicking

"We will give the same excuse" Naira said

"And if it does not work that way" Catherine asked

"We will not do it, someone else will do it for us" Naira said while smiling a little

They were all standing in the police station, and everything was going on according to the plan, they called the police after planning everything, the police bought all of them to the station and started questioning everyone.

"I'm telling you sir, he killed himself" Naira said in a worried tone

"Yes sir, we found him like that" Kartik said while the others nodded

"What do you think huh? I might be old but I'm not dump" The officer said

"You don't believe us" Catherine said

"No, I think otherwise" the officer said

"They are not involved with Nestor's case" came Rishi's voice from behind

"And who are you sir?" the officer asked

"I'm Rishi, Naira's brother" he said

"ok sir, no problem you may all go" the officer dismissed all of them.

They were all surprised and shocked.

"Thanks bro" Naira said at once and hugging him

"No problem, after all I'm your brother" he said

Naira nodded

"Let's go home, it's late" Rishi said

"But if I go right now then mom will question me" she said

"You're right but I'm leaving tomorrow morning" Rishi said

"And you are informing me right now Rishi Wilson, I will miss you so much" Naira said and they both shared a hug again

Flashback

"What are you thinking Naira" Catherine asked

"Remember during Emily's case, when her parents told the police that it is a suicide case, they just simply agreed to it, not even a 'How do you know' or 'Why she did it' , nothing" Naira tried to explain

"So you're telling us that we find Nestor's parents and made them say that he killed himself" Tristan said

"NO, Naira is right" Jack said

"Care to explain" Kartik said

"Whoever is above 19 does not have that mark and maybe it is something related to it" Jack said showing the mark behind his ear which was not visible right now, but he still traced the pattern

"You mean if someone who is above 19 tells the police on our behalf that he killed himself and we are not involved in it then the police will agree" Kartik said while taking a deep breath

Naira and Jack nodded

"Bullshit" Tristan and Kartik said

"Guys it's our only chance to test the theory, it's been months since these texts had started coming, let's try it" Catherine said

"And if doesn't work" Tristan asked looking at the hopeful Catherine's eyes.

"Then we'll figure something out and we will get some closure about the situation" Catherine said

Everyone nodded

"But who shall we ask to help us" Kartik asked

"Leave it to me" Naira said and went upstairs
