Naira's POV
I was walking through the darkness, following a sound, it was a soft ringing sound but as I got near a door , the ringing sound got louder and louder to an extent that I have to cover my ears but then it just stopped, I slowly went near the door and opened it and there lied the dead body of Nestor, he suddenly looked at me, blood was flowing through his eyes, he coughed some blood and said
"They'll kill everyone" he said and then died
I was scared and because of that I shouted
" Wake up Naira"
" Naira, Naira!!!"
I jerked up in a sitting position immediately, I was having a nightmare but it felt so real.
" Naira are you alright" mom asked running a soothing hand on my back
" Yeah mom, I'm fine" I said
" Are you sure, you were shouting and murmuring" mom asked again with concern in her eyes
" It was just a bad dream" I shrugged
She then hugged me, I averted my eyes to the spot behind her ear, but it was plain skin, no purple or bluish marks, my body immediately went rigid.
" Get ready , you don't want to be late" she said and went downstairs

I took out the books from my locker and was about to close it, suddenly someone placed a hand on my shoulder, I grabbed his arm and then pinned him to the locker.
" Woah! Easy it's me" Jack said
I released my hold on him
" I'm sorry" I said closing my locker
" Where did you learn to do that" he asked as we walked to our class
" I didn't learnt it , I just did it, you know maybe self defense" I said
" Well then it was hell of a self defense" he said
I smiled and we went to our classes. The classes were boring as always.
I was in my English class when the earth started shaking violently
" Earthquake!!" Someone shouted and we proceeded to the emergency exits , it was a chaos , everyone was running here and there.
I was stuck in the crowd, pushing here and there, the earth was still right now but who knows?
I noticed a little girl in a classroom sitting by herself in the corner and she was crying. I diverted from the crowd and went to her.
" What are you doing here?" I asked
" I was here with my mommy" she cried
" Where's she??" I asked a stupid question, ofcourse if she knew she would be with her and not balled up in a corner.
" I don't know" she started crying again
" What is your name and why your mom was here" I asked trying to calm her down and divert her attention
" I'm Bella, We were here to leave a note for my brother Jack" she said
Is she Jack's sister?? Well the features match if I look closely.
" Are you Jack Hail's sister?" I asked and she nodded
" Don't cry , c'mon come with me" I said pulling her up, as soon as we were about to go , the earth started shaking again, we both went under the table.
" Stay here ok?" I said to her and she nodded.
I peeped out and saw Tristan holding a faint Catherine.
" Tristan!!!" I shouted and his gaze averted to me, he left the hallway and came towards me while holding Catherine.
" What happened to her?" I asked with worry
" Someone knocked her down in the hallway during the earthquake" he said while clenching his fist
The earth was still again.
" It's like a bloody stampede in the hallway" Jack voice came from behind.
He was there with Kartik
" Seriously like this everyone would get hurt" Kartik said and out of nowhere hugged me.
Suddenly I remembered about Jack's sister hiding under the table.
" Jack your sister is under the table, she was here with her mom" I said and moved to Catherine to check her
I thought of listening to some moving and hearing consoling words , but nothing happened, I turned around and they were all standing still, lost in something.
" What happened?" I asked
" Naira Jack's sister and his mother died some years ago" Kartik said holding a serious expression
I looked at Jack and he looked emotionless, he looked like a scary person right now.
" Naira are you sure , you weren't hallucinating because you never met them ever" Tristan said
" No I'm not hallucinating, she told me her name , her name is Bella" I shouted , how dare he thought I was hallucinating
" Tell Jack" I literally begged Jack with tears choking me
" Yes her name was Bella" he said in a neutral tone
