Shattered

A/N: hey all I'm not dead I promise, It just took me longer than I thought it would to get this chapter together. Thank you all for being patient with this story I hope you enjoy this chapter. Again, sorry for the delay in getting this chapter out.

Arriving at Master fu's house Adrien and I transform back into our non-superhero forms in the ally before making our way up.

"[Y/N], Adrien to what do I owe the pleasure" Master fu chimes as he notices you enter.

"we were hoping that you could spread some light over something. Tooth and claw refused to answer instead they just told us to come here." You respond causing a look of confusion on master fu's face.

As if on cue tooth and claw took this moment to appear.

"we need the spell book. The disastrous have returned"

Upon hearing this you would think that master fu had seen a ghost as he turned as pale as freshly fallen snow. "please tell me you are joking they can't have returned"

"I am sorry to say that I am not. Last night there was a incident that caused us to draw upon our power that was holding them imprisoned and a few hours later they broke through the other defenses that the ancient miraculous holder put in place and the warning was sent out"

A look of shock and disbelief froze the master in his place unable to even think of the horrors that are to come.

"will someone please tell us what is going on" Adrien shouted in frustration.

"right, well the disastrous we our first children" claw started to explain

"we actually they are more our grandchildren their creator was our first child. His name is Duye he has the form of a viper but his mind was shattered when he was born" she pause looking upon the astonished looks she was getting for Adrien and [Y/N].

"you see when we first decided we were gonna try and make some children we didn't really know what we were doing and as expected when playing with cosmic power and creation while not knowing what your doing something went wrong. When we create other kwamis all we are really doing is taking aspect of ourselves and copying them, and with Duye we didn't limit what he got so he got everything from both of us. [Y/N] do you remember last night we you accessed the mixed form?"

"no, I don't know what you are talking about last thing I remember is Adrien getting injured then everything went white and I woke up in Adrien's arms"

"exactly even our three minds working in perfect harmony cant be handled by your mind, now imagine a creature with a perfect split of light and dark wanting to act on both and neither at the same time, someone whose own mind is tormenting them. Well that is what happened with Duye his mind was shattered from the moment he was born. At first, he ran away afraid and unsure about who or what he was. At first, we didn't worry about it we were young and just getting the world together, but that was our mistake while we learned from our mistake with Duye we dint bother to try a correct it. we did not realize that when we gave him everything that included the ability to create others like him. His children eventually became the disastrous. Just as a ancient chines learned how to give us form and access to your world directly, becoming the order of Guardians, there was also a group that fell to the lure of the disastrous who believed that if they got the power to effect your world they can bring about its destruction. You see that has always been Duye's goal to destroy all that is all light, all dark, everything that is, was, and ever will be, no light and no dark just nothing I am sure that you cant even imagine such a thing." Stopping the monologue to allow [Y/N] and Adrien to get a grasp on what they were just told Tooth turns to Master Fu "now could you please bring us the spell book"

Snapping out of his daze master fu nods rushing over to the table where he keeps the book and quickly brings it to [Y/N].

"[Y/N] take the book and find the page labeled Spell of Binding at the bottom should be aa release spell"

"right" you quickly look through the book till you find the page she was talking about

"here it is 'Gsu liduj pihg o hennim zyxq gi votsg gsoh ymxoumg zpoysg'" upon saying the last word the seam between the pages begins to glow with a heavenly light that quickly fills up the room. When it fades the book falls to the ground as your mind goes blank.

Adrien's P.O.V.

After [Y/N] read the spell the room filled with a blinding light and where he was standing now stood two versions of his alter ego. One was a black and the other a blinding white. the black one grabbing its forehead stumbles back slightly at the jarring spell. While the white one starts dashing around the room seemingly with no rhyme or reason. Before I can even fully take in what is happening the white version looks towards the window before jumping out into the city. Rushing over the black version I help him get up.

"[Y/N] whats happened"

The shadow [Y/N] responded "why are you calling me [Y/N] I am Tooth"

A/N 1: the translation of the spell is

A/N 2: ya I know Another cliff hanger don't you just love it. hopefully you won't have to wait another month to get the next chapter but I am writing this as I go I don't have it all written in advance so try and be patient with the uploads. Now that school is done for the year I should be able to get more uploads I do have a lot of story planed just not written, with that said I am always looking for inspiration so if any of you have an idea you might want to see in this story no matter how thought out leave it in a comment or message me directly I always love hearing from you guys/gals.
