Spencer's words repeat in my head over and over again like a broken recored. my parents left me...I'm all alone! Why? I'm so filled with grief and sadness. My eyes start to brim with tears. And it isn't long before I'm full on crying. Spencer quickly comes over and starts to comfort me.
"It's okay! It's okay! Everything will be okay alright." He assures me.
I nod and he wipes some of my tears away.

"SPENCE!" A deep voice calls.
I look up and see a dark brown hair and blue eye boy, in the doorway.

"Nows not a good time, Nate." Spencer says.
"I'm fine I'll be okay. Excuse me where is the toilet?" I say.
"You sure you'll be fine?"
"No but I just want to be alone, for a while." I say blankly.
"Okay, the toilet is two doors down on your left." Spencer says.
"Thanks." I say and walk by Nate who gives a small smile. I hesitantly smile back.

~that night~
I get ready for bed, and slip under the covers. I pull out my iPod and headphones, I start to play the only songs that comfort me. I was never a big pop fan I'm more of a alternative girl. But pop is okay once and a while.

The first few chords are being stung on the guitar and I instantly know the song! Give me love, by Ed Sheeran. I close my eyes and lean back against the wall admiring all the words being said. I'm a huge fan of music, I know all the beats and words to so many songs! Music's my only medicine. It calms me down, cheers me up, and reminds me of my place and were I stand. my thoughts are interrupted by someone sitting on my bed. I look up and it's the boy who had dark brown hair....Nate yeah that was his name.

"Hey," he said.
"Hi," I say shyly.
"I feel your pain," he says blankly.
"How?" I ask
"I was abused as a child and one day my mom said I was a worthless piece of shit and she just left me here."

"Oh," is all I could get out and say.

"Yeah it stinks, but you have me and the rest of us now!" He says and a smile appears on my face. He smiles back and says, "you have a beautiful smile."

I feel my cheeks burning up and I look down into my lap, "thanks," I say.

"You really do, but I'm gonna head to bed, if you need anything my room is next door."
"Thanks, really! And night." I say
"Yup night." Nate says and walks out.
