It was rather tedious to get to Ace, having to deal with the slobbering teary mess that was this 'Bon' fellow's sacrifice and goodbye as well as the discovery that Jinbei was this Shichibukai thing. All in all, she had no interest in anything that was going on except lamenting not taking up Jinbei's offer to ride one of the whale sharks before they left Impel Down. Not even the talking snail that shouted at them, or Luffy shouting back at it was enough to rouse her interest.

The pompously dressed man was, in her opinion, rather good company on such a noisy ship - one glare from him could quiet it in an instant (save for some individuals) and he didn't seem to bother brushing her off when she sunk into his furry coat anymore, albeit it took around twenty tries and Jinbei's 'hrrumph' to get him to become compliant. However, due to the long boat ride, it was unfortunately fate that Luffy - who had been busy crying, shouting, cheering and whatnot with a clown and his friends, to eventually make her way to her.

"Shishishi" He laughed as he plonked down next to her, at that point she immediately regret having left the comfort of Furry Cape to get some fresh air and expose herself to the straw-hat wearing teen.

"I'm Luffy, whats your name?" She glanced at him, taking in how remarkably similar but somehow not he was to Ace. Though, she thought, it's quite understandable considering they're brothers and all. His hand was outstretched for a handshake; a wide grin on his face and a smile in his eyes almost inviting her into friendship. She sighed, if only she weren't bound to this system - she might have taken him up on it.

"Flora." She said simply, shaking his hand in a polite yet firm handshake. "I have a mission to save Portgas D. Ace." His eyes widened, in awe at their shared goal that no one had dared said aloud yet. Out of nowhere his arms stretched to wrap around her, they literally stretched and looped around her waist thrice in a constricting manner. She sucked in some air with a grimaced face - earning an audible smug scoff from Furry Cape as Luffy buried himself in their embrace. She awkwardly patted his head. Just as she did, a resounding ding echoing on the ship. Immediately swords and guns were drawn and aimed every which direction in anticipation for an attack, but Flora knew what that ding was for.

Subtly within the confined of her snake-like embrace, she awkwardly double-tapped her elbow - pulling up her notifications.

Well, that was convenient.

On the other hand, convenience always comes at a price. And apparently this price was best served upside down and plummeting straight into icy waters. Flora, unlike the rest of her screaming co-sailors, was rather enjoying the cool breeze. After a quick dip in the sea, she made her way to the others at the front of the ship - very smugly as she was possibly the only one that Jinbei didn't need to save. However she did immediately lose any coolness that she may have obtained by flinching and hiding behind the Soggy Fur Coat when Luffy started his war cry. However, this did mean that when Soggy Fur Coat decided to go magic himself towards an old man and try to kill him that she came with him. To an outsider who wasn't in a deep emotional state because of the fighting, it might have even looked comical to see a girl swinging from a wannabe Captain Hook's collar.

"Crocodile's after Whitebeard!" the people who weren't dressed in a rather vibrant white and blue uniform shouted, the aforementioned reptilian grinning as he was about to sink his hook into the old man's back. Within milliseconds, Luffy dove in between Crocodile and Whitebeard, kicking away his hook with one solid swing. Flora decided that that was probably a good time to let go and sink into the background. She was only here to make sure that Ace didn't die after all - and if she was dead it would be rather inconvenient to keep him alive. After sliding off Crocodile's back, she decided to take the time to appreciate life and go through her inventory instead of watching the war play out. By her calculations, whatever calculations that this may be, he was most likely the strongest person on Ace's side and obviously the general of some sort of his fleet. It would be marginally safer to stay here than to go out with Luffy and Jinbei and be in the middle of all that fighting.

She was proven kinda right within the next three seconds, with half of the battlefield being blown up by a combination of a man with light for shoes and Man Lady's 'Death Wink'. Because of course you announce your next course of action to your enemies, please let them know what in the hell you're about to do. Flora thought sarcastically, tapping on her arm and bringing up her screens for her to swipe idly as she inwardly ranted. Although... If you're quick enough I suppose that they wouldn't exactly be able to respond to it... But why can't you announce it after or even during an attack?

Getting off tracking though.

Right, even if she was abandoning Luffy to fight for his brother - in all technicality she wasn't meant to interfere with the world if she could help it. Besides, she planted a teleporter on Luffy when they were 'hugging' on the ship. She should probably have put one on Ace instead, but when she was stuck in the lower floor, she couldn't exactly wiggle her fingers enough into that crack to stick one onto him so - next best thing is to pin one on the person that was most likely going to make it nearest him.

All of a sudden she could hear the people around her gasp, which immediately snapped her out of her train of thought. When she peered over Whitebeard's hulking form, she could see another pirate shouting at him.

"You KNEW how much I hated Roger! You should have said something! Told me SOMETHING!... How dare you let me treat Ace like a friend! How dare you sell us out! " Colour her impressed, she didn't think that this war would get anymore interesting - but her interest was quickly extinguished when more shouting from the stabby pirate starting spewing nonsense of how Whitebeard had apparently sold out his family in exchange for Ace.

As a system worker, if that was true it was rather convenient that Whitebeard had planned to make her job an awful lot easier - but internally Flora knew that this was most likely a ploy from the Marines to decrease morale and instill doubt or some other military tactic. Which was very quickly backed up by a dramatic display of a bleeding old man hugging the pirate who stabbed him with a 'though you may be a fool, I still love you' speal. She would of been touched if not for the several other worlds she jumped through where the power of love decided to barge in and change the course of history. Call her a negative nancy but she was rather bored of that trope.

When Flora regathered her thoughts and turned her attention back to reality, the bleeding old man had disappeared, intent on shortening his lifespan by throwing himself into the midst of battle and literally tilting the battlefield. She groaned. With the old man running into the battlefield, there are no more safe spots that she could just sit in and not accidentally get herself inconveniently discorporated. However, she did suppose that it would speed up her plan to save Ace.

The screens around her started to flicker wildly, alerting a few of the stragglers who hadn't immediately ran after their father to her existence. Unlike her inventory, her screens were very much visible to other people - which combined with her rather confusing appearance with Luffy, made her an amusing spectacle to see. Narrowing her eyes, she reached out one hand to tap the middle screen; the other rapidly typing at the right screen which pulled up her system shop.

She began scrolling, adding various items into her cart before clicking the familiar blue button that had gotten her out of trouble before.
