~1 year later~
Jade's POV
Its been a year scince everything has happened, my mom is doing better and doesn't drink that much, my brother died because of a shooting he was involved in, my 'dad' was pronounced dead officially because he was also shot, my oldest sister Brianna is living her best life with her multi millionaire husband, Megan quit her job and got a better one and so did my mom, so we are now better than ever.
I just finished school and i want to go to college but i dont know if we're going to be able to afford it. We'll see-
"Yo jade we're having a party tonight, want to come?" My thoughts were interrupted by my best friend Alex
"Yeah sure"
"You ok? You seem down" he said putting his arm around me
"Yeah im ok, just don't know if im going to college" i frowned as i put my head on his shoulder
"Dont say that J"
"But It's true, my mom barley got enough money to pay off the rest of my school year-"
"Look if anything you're going to end up going to the best college or staying here, it won't matter because you are the strongest person i know Jade" he said and put his head on top of mine
"I don't know Alex"
"Its the last day of school enjoy it, please? For me Jade?"
"Fine"
"Just date already!" Evelyn told us as she sat in front of us i just rolled my eyes playfully
"Y'all would be the cutest couple ever!" She frowned
"We're just friends alright" me and Alex both said at the same time
"He baby" alessio told Evelyn putting his arm around her
"Hey babe"
I got over alessio kind of
"Are y'all going to the party tonight?" Alessio asked and
"I don't know" i said as i got out of Alex's grip to sit up straight
"What do you mean?" Alex asked hurt
"You said-"
"I said i want you to fucking enjoy today, and you agreed"
"Ughhh you're really annoying you know"
"So? Yes?"
"I have to now" i rolled my eyes playfully
Alessio's POV
Am i over her? NOPE!
I can never stop thinking about her, im dating one of her closest friends and i feel nothing with her, whenever we have sex it's not special like when me and Jade did, whenever i said any type of nicknames they never sounded right to put on Evelyn, whenever we would say 'i love you' it never felt real, whenever we would kiss it didn't feel passionate like me and Jade's kisses
It didn't feel right
