Dried blood clings to the side of Charlie's bruised neck and glues the ends of her blonde hair together in painful tangles. An hour ago, she was engaged in a deadly fight with Jennifer Blake. An hour ago, she nearly had her neck snapped by a psychotic darach who is going around kidnapping people for sacrificing. Her latest victim to take? Stiles' dad.

It took all of a three minute argument between her and Scott before she was placed on a ambulance and taken to Beacon Memorial. It had been the desperate, and forceful, hands of Stiles the put her in the back of the vehicle. As of right now, the two are supposed to be with Derek to figure out a way to save everyone.

"What the hell happened to you?"

Charlie looks up from her discharge papers to find Peter Hale standing just outside her hospital room. "Got in a fight with a darach. I lost."

He smirks. "Apparently."

"What are you doing here?"

"You don't know?" When Charlie shoots him a confused look, he sighs and motions for her to follow him. He leads her to a room diagonal from hers. "Cora was injured earlier and she isn't healing. She's been puking up black blood with-"

"Mistletoe," she whispers. She glances over at Peter. "I'm familiar with it. Why hasn't she been gotten out of here yet?"

After the fight with Jennifer, a massive storm broke out over Beacon Hills sending the entire town into a state of emergency. Melissa brought Charlie discharge papers purely because the blonde refused to be transferred to the hospital downtown. She didn't need to be there and whatever space she would take up could be filled by someone who actually needs medical attention.

"Scott's mom said someone…" Charlie, who was flipping through Cora's medical file, looks up when Peter stops talking. His head is cocked to the side as though listening for something. When he looks back at her, Charlie sees the first genuine emotion since meeting him and it's panic. "We have to leave. Now."

"What?"

"Help me get her up," he says as he quickly but carefully unhooks the machines and IV's from Cora's body. Charlie helps him raise her up and into his arms. She positions Cora's head and arms so they don't knock against anything while leaving.

Charlie stumbles into the empty hallway first with Peter following closely behind. She starts to move toward the elevators but Peter stops her. "No, the stairs," he whispers and she leads them in the opposite direction and through a set of double doors.

On the other side of those doors stands the one of the many things that neither Peter nor Charlie wanted to see. Before this moment, Charlie had only ever heard descriptions of the combined bodies of Aiden and Ethan. They are every bit as frightening and massive as Isaac said they were.

Peter carefully lays Cora to the side so that she's not in the middle of the fight that's about to happen. A fight that neither Charlie, the newly named banshee, nor Peter, the psychotic mass-murdering werewolf, are capable of fighting. Her point is further proven when Vultron wolf, a name she can only thank Stiles for, slams against the advancing Peter with so much force that it propels the werewolf into Charlie and the two slide through the double doors.

The two look up to find four pairs of eyes staring down at them. "We have a problem," they say at the same time. Four pairs of eyes snap up at the ferocious growl from the combined alphas. Derek releases his iron - like hold on Jennifer and lifts Charlie to her feet and behind him.

As the fighting commences, Charlie becomes aware of one thing. Jennifer is no longer standing beside her. She whips her head around to see the brunette stepping onto the elevator. A split second later and Charlie is sprinting towards the elevator. She barrels past the doors just before they close, tackling Jennifer to the ground.
