Adrien's Second Search For Love

Chapter 7: Official Date

Adrien sits on his bed, thinking about how his date will take place. He tells Plagg, "Plagg, I'm so nervous, this is my first ever date!" Plagg replies, "Chill out Adrien, everything will go smoothly. Just don't do anything weird and you're all good!" "I guess that makes sense." Adrien looks at his watch, "the date is in 2 hours, I'm a bit excited!"

He then tells Plagg, "I'll be right back, I just want to take a shower before the date. It'll make me feel more confident." "But you just took one in the morning." "Well, it doesn't hurt to take one before the date. After all I want to make a good impression!" "Ok sure, I'm not stopping you, haha."

Afterwards, Adrien comes out and puts on a new suit. "How do I look?" he asks Plagg. "Looking classy!" replies Plagg. "I'm so happy that my father let me go on the date, he would've never done this." "Well what are you waiting for? You only have 20 minutes left!"

Adrien then arrives at Le Grand Paris, and hops out of the car. Chloe immediately greets him, "Adrikins!!!" She kisses him repeatedly. Adrien replies, "Hi Chloe", he awkwardly hugs her. "I'm so glad you could make it, it's our first date eeek!" "Haha, yeah. Can't wait!"

They go into the hotel, then make their way to the exclusive dance club. Adrien tells Chloe, "Wow, I've never seen this part of your hotel!" "That's because this is exclusive, to very special people. Like you and I! You haven't seen it, since you don't visit often." As they enter inside, the entire place is filled with the most expensive of items, and full of celebrities.

Adrien looks in awe, "Wow, you got Jagged Stone to play tonight!" "Oh yes, he likes this club a lot. He's a frequent member. Now anyways, let's start the date!" Chloe and Adrien dance for a while and enjoy themselves. Then they order very rare delicacies. "Adrikins you should try this sushi, it's so good! Only 10 chefs in the world can prepare this type, and we have one here!" Adrien doesn't like sushi, but he acts polite, "Oh it's fine. I'll try this fried rice though."

Meanwhile, at the entrance of the club, Thomas Astruc is held at the door. He explains to the bouncers that he's the real Thomas Astruc, who directed Miraculous Ladybug. However, they do not believe him, and make him leave. Thomas stands in humiliation, as an akuma infects a pen in his pocket...
