Carmen Anderson has as a been living in Cardiff, United Kingdom, for the past two years. He works for the FBI in Cardiff as a Surveillance specialist with his good friend, Chase Carder. Carmen has been hiding from a serial killer with ended him in protective custody. He is finally happy. Carmen wasn't being shot or kidnapped, he even got a great boyfriend named, Ace. Thing's weren't looking good for the team in Quantico, Virginia. Jennifer Jareau and Derek Morgan where hit the hardest when there best friend and little brother was killed. SSA Arron Hotchner hated to see the team so gloomy but he had to do what had to be done. Spencer was going to get himself killed if he didn't go into protective custody. When the team gets a case that hits a nerve for all of them Hotch finally deicides to bring an old colleague, Carmen Anderson, to help with the case. Both Carmen and Hotch decided it's time to tell them the truth as so clearly after these years Carmen reminded the team of the once lost friend.
The team works to find the unsub in Savannah, Georgia as Carmen is taken where it all began. Being kidnapped once more like the helpless kid he was. But not this time around, he fights the storm.
