There a (h/c) girl stood firm in front of the Asylum where her soon to be work place would be.She walked in to be greeted with heavy metal gates.Confused,the girl whipped out her phone checking the instructions given to her upon her job approval.
(y/n) congratulations.You have been accepted to work as a doctor at Kunugigaoka Asylum.Your job starts on Monday come to the Asylum at 5am sharp.There a person will greet you before you start on your job.

Y/n POV
I looked around trying to find the person they were talking about but to no avail.I checked the time making sure i was not late only to realise i was 5 minutes early.Not knowing what to do I aimlessly scrolled through my phone.A few minutes went by when a pair of shoes appeared below me as i was staring at my phone.I looked up to see a busty women.
"Are you the new doctor?"
She asked
"Ah yes my name is y/n."
The women said nothing only nodding in return.She walked foward gesturing for me to follow her.
She took out what seemed to be a keycard opening the huge metal gate before the Asylum appeared before me.She walked into the building sitting down the the desk rummaging through a cabinet.I looked at her curious before she popped back up with a keycard and a few files.
"My name is Irina Jelavic."
She paused handing me the keycard
"This is your card to access the building and the patient rooms."
She paused again handing me two files "Today is your first day so you will be handling 2 patients"
I nodded taking in the information.
"If anythign happens there is a buzzer in each patients rooms."
She stated before turning to the computer on the desk.
I took the files from the desk walking through the white yet clean hallways.Realising i had not read the file and had no idea where I was going i paused looking down st the files.
Patient 1
Name:Nagisa Shiota
Age:17
Gender:Male
Room number:5
Illness:Separation anxiety,self harm, constant panic attacks.
Background:Mother was abusive towards him and left him at the age of 7 a family took him in before he lashed out and harmed the family.The family couldent take his constant panic attacks anymore and he was admitted to this Asylum.
Warnings:His panic attacks trigger him to harm himself or lash out at others around him.
I looked at the file blinking.Poor boy didnt deserve this.Checking the signs again i turned to the left where the sign pointed
Rooms 1-5
Walking down the hallway I scanned the sign for room number 5 which was of course located at the end of the hallway.Taking out my keycard i walked in to see a blue haired boy sitting down of the floor scraching himself.I rushed in holding his arm preventing any further self harm.The blue haired boy jumped seemingly surprised at my presence.His blue eyes stared up to look at me.
"Hello Nagisa my name is y/n and i'll be your doctor"
He didnt break his gaze from me.A good 5 seconds passed before i was about to speak he said
"Why,why did you stop me why did you come here?"
I looked at him letting go of his wrist.
"Because you are harming yourself you're gonna get hurt if you continue that"
I said trying to ease down the boy.
"No,why didnt you hit me?All the other doctors hit me when i do that..."
"AH?WAIT WTF-WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY HIT YOU?"
"They always hit me...Then they leave."
He said.The poor boy.I looked at him dead in the eye.
"Well im not going to hurt you.Im here to help you.Understand?"
Nagisa slowly nodded his head before talking my hand.
"Your hand its so soft."
Suprised I sat there not knowing what to do.
"A-ah s-sorry i didnt...I-i-i just a-hh"
He let go of my hand stuttering looking like he was about to break down.
