Oh shit hes having a panic attack

"No Nagisa itz fine its ok."
I said calmly.

"NO NO NO ITS NOT I'M SORRY I SAID IM SORRY!LEAVE ME ALONE MOM NO IM SORRY I WON'T DO IT AGAIN."
He screamed out.
Mom?
He thinks im his mom.
I see hes still scared in trauma of his mom.I slowly lifted my hands.He looked at me afraid.I slowly took my hand to his face but before i can make contact he launched at me tackling me to the ground.

Irina's POV

I looked at the surveillance camaras looking at the newbie getting tackled to the floor.
"Here goes another one..."
I said looking at it.It was a normal occurance a new doctor a new death thats why we are always short handed.Looking at the monitor i looked sadly at the girl.
"Rest in peace."

Y/n POV

The boy tackled me to the ground his hands on my throat.

Is this how i die?But the poor boy just wanted love.No i cant give up get up y/n!

"N-NAGISA-"

I managed to choke out trying to snap him out of his hysteria but to no avail.Not giving up I lifted up hands patting his back.The sudden contact snapped him out of his hysteria and he let go of me.
"CoUGH cough."
I let out a few coughs before turning to the boy now sitting on the floor crying.
"Hey Nagisa-"
I crouched down slowly to his level.
"Its ok Nagisa."
Seeing him calming down a bit,I took his hand. He flinched at this action but i continued holding his hand.Putting his hand on my chest where my heart was.
"Nagisa,breath with me follow my breathing."

Concentrate on your breathing.Stay in the present.Stay with me.

The boy followed along breathing slowly.5 minutes of this he finally calmed down and stopped crying.
"I-im sorry..."
He said with a few hiccups.
"No no its fine Nagisa."
I said offering him a small smile.

Irina's POV

I watched the  scene uncover in front of me as she successfully calmed down the boy.I stood up shocked.
"H-how did she do that?"
I wondered.Many doctors have tried calming him down during his panic attacks but either get hurt from him,run out or worst case die.So how did this newbie get him to calm down?

Y/n POv

"Nagisa are you feeling better now?"
I asked.The boy meekly nodded his head.

A announcement then rang out through the room

"All to go to the cafeteria to eat now doctors open your respective patients door and bring them to the cafeteria."

I looked over at the boy.
"You heard the announcement.Lets go."
I said offering a hand to the boy.The boy looked st the hand before grabbing it.

YES Y/N PROGRESS YES.

I screamed internally.I walked Nagisa down the hallway to the cafeteria before remembering i had another patient.I sat Nagisa down at the table.
"Nagisa i need to go get my other patient would you wait here for a while?"
"Your leaving?No dont leave...Please stay..."
The boy pleaded me.I figured he wouldn't let me leave and worst case he might go into another panic attack if i leave him.
"Alright how about you come with me?"
His eyes lit up taking my hand once again.

I snapped out of the fangirling leading him to his room again as i had left the files there.The boy was behind me trudging along holding my hand.I smiled at him before pucking up the files from the floori had thrown them on.Looking at the file it read

Patient 2

Name:Akabane Karma

Age:16

Gender:Male

room number:10

Illness: Compulsive disorder, sadistic ,Violent

Background:"Killing is fun."Was what he simply said.He killed his parents along with several other family members.The reason behind it is unknown.

Warnings:He is not allowed out of the room.Food to be brought to him by respective doctor.

At the bottom of the file,a key was attached to the paper.I looked at the key before feeling a tug on my hand.
"Oh Nagisa my other patient cant join you how about we go to the cafeteria to eat first?"
He nodded his head.Sitting down i pondered what the purpose of the extra key is before.I couldent exactly leave Nagisa alone in the cafeteria but i felt bad for the other patient t be waiting.After Nagisa finished,i lead him back ti his room.
"Nagisa,I have to go bring food to my other patient."
"Does that mean your leaving?No i dont want you to leave!"
He said not letting go of my hand.
"Nagisa my other patient is going to starve if i dont go.How about this?I'll come back to the room later to put you to sleep?I that ok?"
He looked conflicted but eventually his grip on my hand loosened.
"Ok but you-you have to come back..."
The boy said.I patted the boys head assuring him that i will.He looked at me sadly as i left through the door.
