The red head seemingly froze in place not chewing anymore.
"Are you ok?"
I asked the boy concerned.
"You are lying.You're just doing this because its your job.In the end your going to run away just like the rest of the losers."
He muttered voice slowly raising.
"No im not gonna run away from you.Im staying here till you all get better and healthy."
"Stop lying.After you see the true me you will run away scared.Look at me like im a monster."
He said voice trembling.
The true him?
What does he mean?
Shaking it off,I continued feeding him occasionally trying to get us into small talk but always getting shot down by his short and cold answers.
"Karma that bucket there is or you to bsth along with the cloth and some new clothes"
I told him after he had finished his meal.
"Ill go back to the cafeteria to return the plate and wait 30 minutes for you to bsh is that ok?"
I questioned him proud that the question came out clearly.
"Yea."
He replied coldly slowly standing up walking towards the pail.
I stood up with the plate walking towards the door before a bucket of water poured on me from the back as i as blindfolded with the cloth.In shock,I dropped the plate which shattered in millions of peices.
"KARMA?"
I screamed out.As i felt a hand at my pocket finding something.
"GOT IT."
The boy behind me yelled.Moments befire realising what he had meant,It was alreafy too late as I was roughly thrown to the side,my back hitting againt the wall.I slowly looked up seeing the boy with a psychotic grin openimg the large metal gate.
"KARMA DON'T DO THIS-"
As itried to stand the ringing sound of alarm as red lights flash around the place.I pushed forward befire he could fully close the door battling to open it against his strength,the speakers rang out
"ROOM NUMBER 10 PATIENT 2 IS TRYING TO ESCAPE.LOCKING ALL DOORS IMMEDIATELY ."
I watched as the boys face flush with panic.Giving the heavy metal door one last push it opened big enough for me to slip out.The boy sprinted down the hallway quickly realising i had came free.Chasing after him,I stretched out my hand trying to reach for his.Not working,I launched forward tackling his body to the ground pushing my whole weight on him as i saw arm guards running towards us pointing their guns in a defensive position.One guard removed me from him holding him down with a stronger grip as he struggled below them.
"LET GO OF ME!I DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG"
He thrashed violently below the guard.I looked sympathetely at the boy before the guard took out a needle roughly shoving it into his neck.
"A-AH."
He screamed out
"Wait don't be so rough.Hes already immobilized."
I said looking at the now still boy.The guard got of him about to pick him up before i stopped him.
"No hes my patient.Ill take him instead."
The guard looked at me with a weird stare before releasing the niw asleep boy.The alarms died down as the guards retreated back down the hallway.I slowly picked up the boy slinging his arm around ny shoulders pushing him up before walking back to his now wet room.Pressing the button beside the door,I said
"Hello,Irina?This is Y/n i need cleaning in room 10 please thank you."
Walking through the puddles of water i placed the boy on the bed.
