I dressed in record time. Black skinny jean, sneakers and polornerck and I was set. I tied my hair in a pony tail and I was ready to go.

"Common, we don't want to be late." I said while waiting for him by the door. I made sure I had my purse and keys. If this date went south least I'll have my purse with me to get a cab or something.

We made it to his g wagon. Why was I not surprised.

Before I could open my door he opened it and waited for me to go in. I thanked him. As soon as he started the car I asked how far the place was.

"We'll be there in a little over ten minutes." He said.
I couldn't help but inhale a little bit because this damned car smelled like him. God help me survive this night without ripping any of our clothes off.

"Oh if it was that close I could've gotten myself there" I said as he backed out of the parking. I didn't know what else to say to fill the car silence. So I went with small talk

"Soooo.... how has work been?" I asked while turning my head to face him. He smirked at my question

'Small talk, really?" he asked while lifting a brow. "Work has been busy but I'm good." I waited a breath for him to ask me something

"Well this is the part where you ask me how is work" I said rolling my eyes.

"I already know how work is going for you" he said

"Let me guess, because you're my boss." I replied sarcastically. "This is definitely a terrible idea!" I said slightly frazzled.

"Too bad, we are here."

He parked the car informant of a building I always passed but never gave a second look. Who knew we had stuff to do in my area, mind you Im always at my lace, I don't go out too much unless I'm dragged to places, especially by Martin. Im usually his plus one whenever he goes out
