Tharn handed over his mate to Knock to hold him safely. After clearing the way for them, he took them to the packhouse. Now it's not that he suddenly likes his mate, his heart cannot seem to leave him alone. The bond was stronger than he thought. The pull was magnetic.

The omega suddenly clutched to his arms and snuggled up to his chest. He didn't know why but that made him feel weak. The need to protect him increased.

"So he is your mate?" - Knock asked him.

Tharn just nodded after a soft sigh.

"I remember you saying you don't need one"

"I don't even now. But I can't seem to leave him there"

"But can you see Knock? He is just so cute. But he has been bruised everywhere. Maybe he was treated badly? I just can't take my eyes off him. No one gets to treat him badly. Except me..." - a smirk grew up on Tharn's face.

"But you won't treat him badly right? He probably has grown through a lot already Tharn"

"That depends on him"

As they walked through their pack, many eyes were on them. Everyone was focused on the new arrival of a person, or rather a wolf. Tharn decided to ignore all the eyes on them and proceeded to his mansion.

"You guys are back?... Ohh! Who is this cute angel?" - Team asked being curious about the little boy. "He is Tharn's mate" - Knock tells him.

"P'Korn" - Ohm yells for the older.

"I told you not to yell at this house" - the older comes to the hallway.

"Ohhh.. wow.. who is that guy? Tharn wait.. he looks weak already... You are not going to do something to him right."

"Though he id perfect, no. He is my mate."

"Wow, never thought you would find one soon. But he looks weak Tharn."

"I found him near the drain."

"Poor boy. Let me check him tomorrow. Let him rest for now."

"I don't want him to."

"Tharn you cannot leave him just like that. Do you want him to die?"

"He is sooooo cute" - Team coos at the small boy and soon he heard a growl.

"Ohhh P'Win you are here"- he went to hug his mate.

"Listen to P'Korn, he knows omegas better" - Knock said softly to Tharn.

"Fine fine. I will make him lay in my bed"- he took the small boy to his room and made him lie on the soft material.

Type pouted at the missing warmth of his mate.

"What are you doing to me pup? I just can't seem to control myself. You are so cute" - Tharn sighed as he caressed the younger's forehead. who immediately leaned to the touch.

Type took his hands to clutch into Tharn again. "Pup, you want me to sleep with you?" - he asked but then there was no reply to it.

He then slowly laid down beside Type who soon hugged him tightly like a koala bear. Type snuggled into Tharn's chest as he laid there far from the cruel world, safe and sound.

For once, Tharn slept with the memories of a [person than blood and massacre.

He hated the thought of having a mate but also liked the feeling of having Type with him.
