Y/n has been working on her machine for years and when finally done she invites her close friends, Sherlock Holmes, Jim Moriarty and John Watson over...
Today everyone was packing for two days in the Asgardian mountains. Loading up your satchel with a swimsuit you brought, a towel, a book, a change of clothes and some chocolates you exited your room in more horse riding friendly attire that Frigga had made for you girls you look up to see everyone waiting.
"It seems I'm always the last," you say with a frown, Bucky agrees with a shrug.
"When shall we be leaving?" Vision asks.
"Thor said to meet at the stables when we all are ready, so everyone, if you smell horse shit, go in that direction," Tony says seriously.

"Ah! There you all are," Thor says happily holding a few bags of food. You couldn't help but notice how good Loki looked in his riding gear. "Let us get on with the journey," Thor leads the way down to the stables where plenty of horses were waiting. "Who has ridden a horse?" Out of everyone only you, John, Nat, Bucky, Tony and Clint raised their hands.
"Wow, that's less than I expected,"
"Ok, everyone go to someone who has ridden a horse before,"
"I'll just run there," Pietro inputs, that was one person settled.
"I will be able to fly there," Vision says. Making everyone nod and double up. Sherlock was with John, Bruce with Nat, Peter with Tony, Wanda with Clint, Jim with Thor and Cap with Bucky. This meant you were riding alone like Loki, you didn't mind riding alone, god knows you're such a backseat driver. As everyone mounted their horses you struggled a bit but eventually did it.
"Short ass," you stopped stroking the horses mane and looked back at Tony who was snickering.
"Excuse me?" The horse snarls at Tony making him gulp. "Good boy," you coo.
"Not even five minutes and you already have the horse turned against him," Cap rolls his eyes with his comment. Soon everyone was off, passengers of each horse clung tighter to their rider as you all started to quicken up the pace.

The ride there was said to be long but peaceful, everyone chatted amongst themselves as Loki rode up beside you. Thor said the horses had been down this track many many times so you let the horse lead the way as you read a book you got from Starks library.
"How's your book?" You jump at the sudden question from Loki.
"Oh, yeah it's really good, I've read it before but I just love it so much," you show the book cover. "The great Gatsby," (I- I have a love for the great Gatsby but change it to your fave book if you want! ❤️)
"What's it about?"
"It's just some stupid romance novel," Tony butts in.
"Yes, a romance book about murder, social class and isolation," sarcasm drips off your tongue as you look back down at the book. "Tony, have you ever read the great Gatsby?"
"Yes-"
"No, Spark notes don't count," Tony pouts before falling behind with a grumble. "Anyways, it's pretty much about a man who moves next door to a rich man who throws lavish parties every night in order to catch the eye of the married woman across the lake, so technically it is a romance book but it goes much deeper than that, the themes of isolation and death of the American dream are so well done..." Loki happily listened to you as you rambled on about the book.

As you walked back with the girls from behind a patch of trees, dressed in your bathing suit you seem to walk in just as the boys removed their shirts. You let out a squeak and look away as Nat rolls her eyes. "Wow, look at the leaves on this tree, lovely," refusing to look at the boys you look down at the flowers. "Cool, rainbow daisies,"
"When was the last time you saw a guy shirtless in real life?" Wanda asks.
"Like, at my high school swimming competition..." glancing at the boys you see Loki stretching his arms. Turning a dark pink as your eyes trailed down Nat interrupts your gazing with a cough. "God forgive me, for I have sinned,"
"Y/n, they're only shirtless, you haven't done any sinning,"
"If you saw what's going on my head right now you would send me straight to the second circle of hell," you grumble, with interest Wanda places a hand on your head and looks into your mind. She lets out a scream.
"DIRTY! THATS SO GROSS!" You burst into laughter, knowing exactly what she saw. "EW I NEED MIND BLEACH!"
"What's wrong?" Cap asks worriedly.
"Dirty doesn't begin to describe the thoughts Y/n is thinking about right now," Wanda shudders and cringes. You give her a small wink.
"That's not the worst, I dare you to look now," you lean your head forward, knowing Wanda hasn't learned her lesson she sees into your mind and let's out a scream of bloody murder.
"WHY?!" She runs off in a state of panic.
"What did she see?" You whisper into Nats ear. "Oh my god... no... really? With- oh my god," Nat gives a shocked look before giving a nod of respect.
"Do we want to know?" Nat shakes her head.
"Imagine 50 shades but much more," Nat gives another nod of respect to you. Placing your clothes on your towel you pick up your book as everyone enters the glimmering murky blue water. Everyone swam towards the waterfall but backed away when it got too loud.
"Come on, L/n!" Clint shouts for you to enter the water. You push your sunglasses down and glimpse at the roaring falls before shaking your head.
"I'm good!" Sipping at the sweet lemonade you continue to read until your 5th sip of lemonade, a shadow covered the light. Looking up you see Loki standing above you, water dripping from his body, you choke on your drink and cough rapidly. "Hey L-Loki..."
"Why aren't you in the water?"
"Because I'm not stupid," you snort and adjust your glasses, low key looking at Loki rather than your book.
"Are you calling me stupid?"
"Yes," you says in a monotone voice. Loki takes the book from your hands and places the bookmark in it, he then takes your sunglasses and places both of them aside. "Hey what are you-?" He lifts you up bridal style making you squeal. "Loki!" Everyone laughs as he brings you up to a small ledge above the water. "No- don't you dare- LOKI!" But it was too late, you were thrown into the water, Loki jumping right after. An idea pops into your head as Loki's head surfaces, you stayed under the water.
"Where is she?" John asks worriedly. Loki looks around in a panic.
"Y/n?!" Suddenly a hand grabs onto his leg and pulls him under. Opening his eyes he sees your grin as you resurface, him following soon. "Ok, that was well deserved,"
"Mhm..." your eyes look up at the waterfall then see a darkness behind it. Swimming closer you go under the water.
"Where is she going?" Loki shrugs and waits for you to come back up. When you don't everyone is set into panic mode.
"Everyone split up!" As Loki covers the water near the falls he sees your eyes peak up and wave him down into the water as everyone looks away. Grabbing his hand you pull him under towards an opening in the rocks. "Hey, where did Loki go?"
