Chapter 7

     The sun sets, The shinsengumi prepeare for the expecting attack. They hold a meeting in the dojo about this.

"Everyone, you must know why we are here. We are here for the expecting attack of the White Fox.", Kondou said.

"Heisuke, you and your men are assigned for the planning attack in civils. You and your men are enough.", Hijikata said.

"Hijikata, I talk to Sakura and it seems like she knows medication.", Sannan said.

"So you want to help then!", Kondou said and Sakura give him a big nod and a bright smile.

But at this moment, the doors blow away revealing a group of people wearing a fox mask. All of the soldiers turn to their fighting stance, same as the commanders as they take out their sharp, blood-thirsty katana.

Sannan take Sakura out of the dojo, that is now a battlefield.

"Sannan, Where are we going?", Sakura said as she struggle in Sannan's grip.

"Calm down Sakura! I am going to put you in a safe place! It is an order from Kondou!", Sannan said but Sakura break out in his grip and run toward the dojo.

     "I've never expecting that they will attack early!", Hijikata said while clashing with sword in the enemy.

"Suprised?", A man with black fox mask, which is Sen because he is the only one who has it, while clashing sword with Kondou. "Not really!", Kondou replied with a smile of a killing intent. It is really pissing him off!

"Well How about this?!", Sen said. He use his power of speeding-up. Sen dissapeared in Kondou's eye. When he turn, in his suprise, Sen is there at his back and he nearly slash him in the stomach. Good thing, Kondou dash back. Again, Sen dissapeared and appear at the top. But Kondou dodge. This continue until Sakura enter.

The white fox froze as they see a gold eyes and white hair shining under the moonlight. They retreat leaving the shinsengumi suprised. The shinsengumi didn't notice the golden eyes in their back. They turn around and see Sakura's Figure. It was shock, trembling, scared and worried.

Sen give them a farewell and said, "Let's see who has a step ahead!". And he dissapeared in thin air.

    An hour after the fight, many injured soldier are treated by Sakura and Sannan.

When they finished, Sakura is called by Kondou and Hijikata.

"Are you okay?", Kondou ask worriedly. He sees the fear in the kid's eyes when she enter the dojo.

Hijikata is getting suspicion in this kid. Getting back in breakfast time, she mentioned taht she know who they are but failed to say because of the three idiot! Maybe this is the time!

"You said that you know who they are right?"

Sakura flinch at the intimidating aura Hijikata giving. But she turn all her fear in a gulp and start explaining.

"Yes, I knew them. That was when I was staying in an inn when they attack the village. They killed everyone and destroy anything they see. I was lucky I escaped before they see me. That was when I overheard their conversation. "

Flashback

Sakura hid in a bush behind the inn. It was a forest behind her. She cried as she watched a horrifying video: dead bodies are scattered around, a large fire that swallow the vilage in hell and many falling debris. Little did she know, the attackers was gone and walking entering the forest. And then, she overheard their conversation.

"That was fun!", a man exclaimed.

"Yeah, let's do that again!", the other man agreed.

"If you can only see how pathetic they are while begging under our feets!", Sen said while giving a creepiest laugh Sakura ever heard!

"That's right! We will slaughter them all and avenge our kind! They will pay! I will introduce them to HELL! HAHAHAHAH!", Sen said. Sakura's eyes widened. She tried to have a step back, she accidentally step in a stick that made a disturbing sound.

"Who's there?", Sen shouted and turn to see Sakura behind a bush. Sen's eyes widened. She never expect she will gonna meet her in all of the people.
