Louis birthday - Hungover

Harry woke up with a huge smile on his face. It was Louis' 40th birthday and he was so excited to celebrate as they were having some family and friends over to celebrate, some they hadn't seen in a while. Harry turned over, a fond smile on his face as he looked at his husband sleeping peacefully.

Harry quietly got up without waking Louis and went to wake Darcy up who said she would wake holly. Harry then went into Jamie's room to wake him up. "Shhh Jamie, remember it's papa's birthday and we need to be quiet for his surprise breakfast. They then all quietly went downstairs and had breakfast themselves before making Louis breakfast. It was a beautiful summers day which Harry was pleased as they were having a barbecue later.

Harry began getting out the ingredients for Louis' breakfast. He decided to cook Louis' favourite which was an English breakfast. "What should I do papa?" Holly asked. Darcy was keeping an eye on the frying pan and Jamie was too busy playing with the balloons for the party. "Get papa some orange juice please" Harry said, handing Holly a glass from the cupboard. Holly nodded and poured the orange juice into the glass. She spilled a bit but Harry would wipe that in a second. Once that was done Harry asked Holly to get a plate out as he put the hash browns in the oven.

Once everything was cooked, he set it on a plate and put it on a tray along with the orange juice and a birthday card. "Okay you've got to be quiet, okay?" Harry whispered, picking up the tray and heading upstairs with his children following behind him.

Darcy then got in front of her dad so she could open the bedroom door for him. They went in and smiled as Louis was still fast asleep. "Wake up papa it's your birthday and you get lots of presents and cake!" Jamie shouted as he rambled on. He jumped on the bed, waking Louis up. "Jamie I told you to be quiet" Harry scolded lightly with a giggle. Louis sat up, rubbing his tired eyes and a small smile in his face.

Louis first pulled his youngest son in for a hug before smiling at everyone else as they started singing happy birthday and then giving Louis his breakfast in bed. "Happy birthday love" Harry pecked Louis on the lips and Holly made a fake gagging noise making the couple giggle. "Jamie, Holly, let's go and set up for the party," Darcy spoke, wanting to put some more balloons and banners up for Louis' party. The youngest two giggled and followed Darcy out of the room.  "Thanks haz" Louis said as he thanked his husband. Harry then decided to feed his husband like a prince.

"What do you want me to do?" Jamie asked his sister. Can you hold this there while I get some blue tack." Darcy smiled. Jamie held the banner in place whilst Darcy left to get the blue tack. They continued to decorate the room until they were satisfied.

Louis has also finished his breakfast and is now getting ready for his party. Harry and the kids had already had their breakfast whilst they were making Louis' breakfast. The rest of the morning consisted of Louis being spoiled by everyone and waiting for the guests to arrive.

The first to arrive were louis' parents who they hadn't seen in a while. They pulled him into a hug and his mum had tears in her eyes not believing her son was turning 40. Then Liam and Carly arrived with the kids. Zayn and Linda arrived plus a few friends. They all headed out to the garden. Zayn and Linda gave Louis a bottle of prosecco.

Harry was offering everyone drinks. There was beer, pimms and various other drinks and soft drinks for all the kids. They decided to let Darcy and Chloe have a bucks fizz each. Harry decided to get the barbecue going, he decided on cooking some hot dogs and burgers, there was also some party food alongside. Everyone spoke as they celebrated Louis' birthday and the kids were playing.
