The next day is where everything began the first day of the tournament. All the competitors are gathered in side of the giant coliseum behind the royal castle. The king had a personal booth at the very top of the coliseum where all the citizens and some people from allied kingdoms could come watch. The king rose from his seat and proceeded to talk in the microphone so everyone could hear him.
"I'm Glad your all gathered here today, the tournament of power shall begin. Now there will be 300 contestants participating now lets go over the rules once again you may use whatever it takes to win, but absolutely no killing. in the finals if you make to the final 5 there will be a 5 way all out brawl. Those who can with stand it shall join my armies ranks and achieve glory." The king says and the crowd start to cheer for all the contestants
"Now lets the games begin!" The king says and everyone cheers louder.
a Magic screen appears in the middle of the arena for everyone to see revealing the first round of the tournament.
"Lets see who will be in the first round... start the magic name generator." the king says once the names of all the competitors were rolling randomly everyone watched closely blaze was eager to see his name as he was standing next to Ark and Xenon joined them shortly.
"Hey guys.." Nero says.
"Sup." Blaze says.
"This will be a long tournament, lets all do our best and make it too the very end." Ark says.
"I'm not to worried about it, I have a few tricks up my sleeve that will ensure my victories." Xenon says confidently.
"Oh? then i'll be sure to watch closely." Nero says as the name generator stops.
"guys look." Ark says as they turn their attention to the magic screen and sees the names.
"The first round will be.. Nero vs Ashe"
"Hmph looks like I'm up first." Nero says as he makes his way to the arena.
"Good luck." Xenon says.
As Nero and Ashe are see walking from opposite sides of the battle field when they meet in the middle Nero begins to examine Ashe who is a Black haired man with blue eyes who wears a yellow and dark blue skirt-like armor with a red waist ribbon that exposes the right side of his chest as well as his right shoulder.
"My name is Ashe its nice to meet you, you think you have what it takes to beat me?" Ashe says.
"I'm not to worried about it honestly because people who talk big need to back it up, so show me what you got." Nero says.
"BEGIN!" Announcer says signaling for the match to begin.
Ashe begins to charge directly for Nero and Nero just crosses his arm and doesn't move from his position, Ashe's hand becomes engulfed in Dark flames Nero seems interested in his ability so he takes the punch head on and catches Ashes fist with his right hand extinguishing his flames with his bare hand stopping him in his tracks.
"Frontal assaults wont work on me." Nero says as he strikes him in the mid section with a furious kick as Ashe slides back a few feet he recovers and forms a scythe of black flames off of one arm, which he uses as a weapon for destructive results.
"Dark Flame Scythe" Ashe says as Nero is unfazed.
"Interesting you can use your flames to make weapons, not bad at all." Nero praises Ashe.
"hmm this guy is interesting." Xenon says.
"No doubt about that.." Ark says.
"He can take him.. Nero hasn't even broken a sweat yet." Blaze says.
