Chapter 6: Y/N's POV

I hope Seonghwa isn't like Chan.

Once Felix left he started talking.
"So Y/N, where are you from?" I heard him ask, I looked up and saw that he was smiling at me. And he was so much more taller than me, maybe By 23 centimeters, or nine inches.
"I'm from New Zealand, my sister and I came here together," I said while smiling.
He smiled back and asked with his if he could hold my hand, I nodded.
He took my hand and held it intertwining our fingers.
"Do you want to go shopping?" He asked while looking at me.
"Ah, I already went shopping with Felix," I said while scratching the back of my head.
"Oh," He said while looking forward.
"Hey Seonghwa, I was wondering, how did you meet Felix?" I asked him while looking at him.
"Well, we meet when we were in highschool, I was an athlete, and he joined the football team. I didn't really like him at first, but we became friends after winning against our enemy team."
I nodded.
It was pretty awkward. Seonghwa is a nice guy, anybody who's gets him is lucky, but he's not the one for me.
"Seonghwa, I'm sorry but, I have to go," I said while unlinking our hands and looking at him apologetically.
"Ah, it's fine, it was a bit awkward anyways," He said while smiling. I bowed and left him.
As I was making my way towards the entrance, I saw someone I didn't want to see. As I was about to turn around and walk the other direction, I heard them yell.
"Y/N!" I stopped in my tracks and sighed in defeat.
"Y/N, how are you, Changbin said that he hasn't heard from you," He says while catching up to me.
I pressed my lips together and turned around to face him.
"Hey Chan," I said while looking down at my feet.
"Are you alright? Changbin hasn't heard from you in days," He said while crouching and looking into my eyes.
I missed him, I missed his smile, I missed how he would comfort me when I was going through hard times, especially after the accident.
"I missed you Chan," I said softly, almost inaudible. But Chan must've heard, because he hugged me and whispered to me as well.
"I also miss you Y/N," He said while hugging me tightly. I hugged him back and a tear made its way to my cheek.
I snuggled my head on his shoulder, wetting his jacket with tears.
"Y/N, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have kept that from you," He said while releasing the hug and holding my waist. I looked at him with teary eyes.
"Y/N, don't cry," He said while taking his hand up to my face a wiping a tear away from my cheek.
"Why did you keep it a secret?" I asked him while looking down at my feet again.
"I-I didn't want to hurt you, you were already suffering enough from the accident, I didn't want you to hurt more."
I closed my eyes. The accident, something that changed Rosé's, Changbin's, and my life.

11 Months Ago
"Y/N!" I heard my name being called from down stairs.
"What?!" I called back while looking up from my phone. I heard someone run up the stairs.
My door suddenly burst open, revealing a worried Rosé. I immediately got off my bed and put my phone down.
"Y/N, we need to go right now, get some necessaries and come downstairs," She left without warning, What had happened?
I immediately went to my dresses and got some necessities, I put them in a small bag near my bed. I checked my room for anything else. After making sure I had everything I turned off the light and went down the stairs to the living room. I looked around and saw that Rosé was standing by the front door with bags placed by her feet. She was pacing back a forth between the door and the couch. She was holding her hair with one hand while her other hand was occupied with her phone up to her left ear.
She started pacing faster until we heard the doorbell ring.
She immediately walked to the door and opened it in a hurry.
I looked over to her and saw Changbin, he was sweating and panting heavily.
"Changbin, what happened?!" Rosé said almost yelling at him.
"Mom, dad, car accident," Those were the only words he could make out. He was still painting really hard.
I immediately went over to them.
I went by Rosé's side and looked at Changbin worryingly.
"Come," Changbin said while gesturing over to his car.
Rosé looked at me and took my hand.
Changbin walked over to his car, taking out his keys and unlocking it. Rosé pulled me over to his car, I went to the backseat and she went to the passenger seat.
Changbin backed out from the driveway into the street, he turned around and went to the hospital.
After a few minutes he pulled up to the parking lot. He chose the closest spot.
We all went out car and went inside the hospital together.
We went to the front counter and stood there waiting.
"Hello, are you Seo Changbin?" We heard a voice and we looked towards it.
"Ah, yes, I'm Seo Changbin," He said while slightly bowing with his head.
"Okay, you are immediate family?"
"Yes, these are my sisters," He said in a hurry.
"I'm sorry to say, but-" She was cut off by someone saying something.
"Nurse Yang, it's your break, I'll tell them," We looked to the direction of the voice and saw that it was Jimin.
"So, as she was saying, we're sorry, your father survived the crash, he only broke his right leg and crushed his hand, which prosthetics can replace it, and he was burned in most places, with treatment he'll get better, but it will take along time."
"What about mom? What happened to her?" Rosé asked curiously.
Jimin sighed and looked at us apologetically.
"Follow me," He said while turning around, I didn't notice that Chan was behind me and followed him.
We arrived in a room. It had white walls and had a big window on one. A hospital bed was in the middle of the room, as well as a curtain surrounding it.
"I'm sorry, but she was impacted the most, the car hit her side of the car, and her rib bones were crushed, she died shortly after when a fire sparked," Jimin said looking down.
I was in disbelief, I started shaking.
Chan hugged me from behind and I turned around and hugged him back.
I cried on his chest, he patted my back and whispered to me.
"Shh, it will be fine, you have your brother and sister, she will look after you spiritually."
I felt safe in his arms. I heard that door opening, I looked towards it.
Yoongi was at the entrance, he looked for Rosé, once he saw her he immediately hugged her and kissed her head.

Present Day
I didn't Realize that I started crying. Chan hugged me once more. I hugged him back.
"Chan, I'm sorry, I was rude about it, and I lost you," I said while crying even harder.
"She, everything will be alright," He kissed my head.
I looked up at hin.
"Chan, can I stay at your place for a bit?" I asked him while wiping my tears.
"Yes, of course." He kissed my cheek and smiled warmly at me.
