On a lonely night in the palace, 13 year old Soza packed her things to leave.
It had been 10 years since Ozai killed my parents. The same day as my third birthday is when I was adopted into this twisted family. I can't be here anymore. I put on a mix of different outfits to try and disguise my heritage. The only recognizable thing I took was the enchanted necklace Ozai had given to me to block off my waterbending. Everything was layed out perfectly. It would look exactly like a kidnapping. I jumped out of my window and into the night.
It would be three years before she would ever see any of her so called family again...
