I looked at my best friend Virgil we were starting middle school tomorrow. I could tell he was nervous. "Virgil? It's going to be okay. I'll be right by your side the whole time." I tried to reassure my anxious friend. Virgil looked at me "Of course you think it'll be okay. You're going to be popular and everyone's going to love you." Virgil told me. "Well you'll be popular and everyone's going to love you too." I tried once more to reassure him. "Are you sure?" Virgil asked. I nodded.

Virgil stood up "I'm going to go shower knock on the door when dinners ready please." Virgil grabbed his clothes and a towel. "You got it." Roman smiles it's crazy that we're about to be in 7th grade. I just hope no one makes fun of Virgil. (Romans thoughts.) Roman got lost in his thoughts until he heard Patton "Boys! Dinners Ready!" "Be down in a minute!" Roman responded as he stood up and walked to the bathroom and knocked three times then he went to sit at the table. Logan set out the plates. "Where's Virgil?" Patton asked "In the shower. I knocked on the door to tell him dinners ready like he asked me." Roman responded "how long has he been in there?" Patton asked a hint of worry in his voice. "20 minutes maybe." Roman told him. Logan looked at Patton. "Why are you guys so worried about him being alone. Hes fine." As Roman finished his sentence Virgil walked downstairs with a pair of sweatpants on and one of Romans shirts that were way to big for him. He must have grabbed it by accident he does that a lot.(Romans Thoughts)

I sighed of relief when Virgil walked down the stairs. Logan told me awhile back that Virgil has multiple symptoms of anxiety and depression. We've both been very worried about him lately with starting middle school and all. It was nerve-racking for Virgil. I smiled when I saw him wearing one of Romans shirts. Poor Romans so oblivious he doesn't realize that Virgil takes his shirts because he likes him.

We all ate dinner then Roman and I went back up to Romans room and got ready for bed. We still had two hours before bed but we wanted to watch Disney as long as we could. I sat down as Roman put in a Movie. The Black Cauldron started playing. I smiled at Roman he knows me so well. We both got comfortable under the blanket and watched the movie.

"I'm really worried Logan." Patton sat across the couch cuddled in a blanket holding a cup of tea. "I know Patton. At least we haven't seen any cuts." I told him. "I know but what if he's cutting in places we can't see. Like his legs." Patton said very concerned. I nodded "well you've made sure he can't get to the knives or the razors. So that's good. I can't recall anything else that you should or could be doing." Logan looked at Patton. "Maybe I should take him to a therapist."
