This is gonna be a three part so I hope you enjoy both - Isaac

Sweet Family, Lost Family

O' sweet family, Lost family,

Why have you forsaken us?

can't you see past your dust?

dear family, My family,

I have lost you,

but you will be home again.

Trust in me sweet family,

as I will trust in you,

You will be home again.

Disillusioned Child

We were once angels from above,

never to hate the ones we love.

Now, we have fallen from our grace.

I miss the old times; good times.

Pain did it; broke our armor cage

How long? . . When will it be over?

My sweet family, will we thrive?

Or. . . will your kids rise in ash

. . . to start over, far from your path

Sweet Family, Dove's Family

Sweet family, Dove's family

We have traveled far, mi familia

past mountains and long towers,

You miss the old times, don't ya

From ash I said, but in soil it was

Mistake; lost on your seeds? . . no

Your olive seeds soaked in fresh mud.

We are you, we are us.

Together, child and old grow

Doves flew with its newborn kin.

The ocean was tragic pain

The ocean glittered with fin

Only together they gained

I hoped you enjoyed. All my poems mean so much to me, but right now this one means so much. If you enjoyed leave a like or comment. I'd love to hear from you. Truly. It's always nice to make new friends or hear from old friends-Isaac
