10. The giant

"How did they get here!?" A boy with blonde hair asked. "It doesn't matter! We gotta go!" A lady with brown hair said, as they were in the air. A girl with black hair and a red scarf looked behind her. "Where is Eren?" Before anyone responded, she started to head the other way. "Mikasa, wait!" But she was already gone. "Eren!!" The girl stopped on a big wall and started running. Then a giant came out of nowhere. She tried to run the other way but the giant got a hold of her. She screamed for help, but no one came. The giant opened his mouth, and put her inside. "Eren!!" Tears rolled down her face as she screamed louder. Until the giant closed it's mouth and you couldn't hear her anymore.

I jolted awake on the floor of Ashido's room. I covered my nose as blood came pouring out. I grabbed my bag a hurried into her bathroom. I forgot my about BiPAP. I cleaned my nose and put on the outfit I had packed. I walked back into her room and put on my cored in my noes. I swung my oxygen tank over my shoulder, and walked to the living room.

"Hey!" Mina said as I walked in. "Lets hit up the coffee shop." Kiri suggested. Then we left. We walked to a coffee shop which took like 5 minutes. "What do you want?" Ashido asked. "You pick, I'm gonna go get us a seat." I walked over to a booth. What was that? A dream? No, it was too real to be a dream. Why was my nose bleeding? Was it because I forgot about my BiPAP?

"We got you Hazelnut creamer!" I looked up and saw Ashido and Kiri. They sat down on the same side. He handed me my cup. "Thanks E." I they both looked at me. "E?" Mina asked. "Oh! Um...you know. Because his name is Eijiro. So E-" She cut me off. "That's cute!" I laughed and took a sip. "So, what High school you thinking about?"

I never really thought about high school. "Uh...don't know. You?" She stood up like she had been waiting years for that question. "UA high!!" Kiri dropped the crest roll he was eating on the table. "What?! UA!?" She nodded. She got up on the table and put her arm in the air. "Yup! I'm shooting for the stars! And nothing can stop me!!" Everyone turn to look at us. "That's great Min, but please get off the table. Your making a scene." She looked around. "Oh! sorry."

"UA high. My parents work there. Apparently it's a petty big deal." The second she sat down she slammed her hands on the table. "Apparently!? It's the biggest hero school industry!! The best heros work there. You go in weak and fragile, and come out one of the 5 best heros!!" She explained. "Oops. Did I say that out loud?"

"Wait? Your parents work there? Who are they?" E asked. "Huh? Oh, Midnight and EraserHead." They both stared at me. Ashido grabbed me by my shoulders and started shaking me. "What!? Why didn't you tell us your parents are pro heros!?" She yelled. "Jesus christ! I didn't know I had to!!" Kirishma tried to get her to stop. "Um...lets do....uh....karaoke?" She stopped. "Yes. Let's go."

We walked somewhere else. I couldn't really see straight. "Lets do bad romance!" I shook my head. "No, I'll sit this on out." They dragged me in. "Come on! We'll be able to see if you could sing for the talent show." Kiri said. Mina pulled me put. "Don't have a choice! I'll start, you come when you feel like
it, k?" Then she ran up on the stage. She was pretty good. I held the mic tight. Before I knew it, the song was almost over. I sighed. "Okay." I waited for the right note. Then I went up to the stage.

"Ohhhhhh! Caught in a bad romance!!"

We finish the song together. Then we got off. "Told you could do it!" Mina said, wrapping her arm around me.

Everyone surrounded me. "Arcade?" Kiri asked. We nodded. E is really good at that stuff. We played like seven different games before going back to Ashido's house.

"So! The talent show?" I shook my head. "Sorry, but no." I said. "Come on!" She put her head in my lap. "I already wrote a song!!" I played with her hair. "Dude, you're like friends with everyone in the school." She rolled black eyes. "Why don't you ask your boyfriend?" E asked sarcastically.

She sat up. "Hey! I know I haven't been around a lot, and I'm sorry! That's why I wanna do this. Please!" Me and Kiri looked at each other. "Fine." We both gave in. "Yay!! Now, let's get started!!"
