Chapter 5: Family Announcements

****Carters POV****

"Uh, sweetie why aren't you in school?" My dad asked.

"It's a long story. Can we come in and I'll tell you." I answered him.

"Okay. Hello, Justin. Long time no see." My dad said and shook hands with Justin.

"Hello, sir." Justin said with a smile on his face. "This is my bodyguard, Moshe." Justin said motioning to Moshe who's standing beside him.

"Nice to meet you Moshe, I'm Carter's dad, Tom." My dad said and shook hands with Moshe."

"Nice to meet you Tom." Moshe said back.

"Why don't you guys come in and take a seat on the couch. Then carter can tell me the long story about why she isn't in school." My dad said.

We walked into my house. My house was a little bigger than the average house. It has two stories with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was a fair size and we have a living room and a game room. The living room has a flat screen on the wall with two cream colored couches and a matching armchair. The game room is in the basement an it has bean bag chairs and an old couch that we've had since I can remember and a big flat screen on the wall. We had a wii an Xbox and a blu-ray player, we have lots and lots of movies. We have a mini kitchen with a microwave and a mini fridge. We spend a lot of time down here.

Right now we were all sitting in the living room. Me and Justin on one couch my dad on the other and Moshe in the armchair.

"So, get on with your long story." My dad said looking kinda pissed off.

"Well, Justin is doing a concert here tomorrow at moms venue." I started.

"Your mothers venue? Have you been their today?" My dad asked.

"No, daddy I haven't, but Justin was there this morning and I guess mom called the school and said their was a family emergency, which there isn't by the way, and then Justin came and picked me up."

"So, your mother decided it was okay if you missed school without asking me first?!" My dad asked looking super pissed.

"I'm sorry sir. I asked her mom if you would have a problem with it and she said you wouldn't mind. I'm sorry I should've asked you." Justin said starting to freak out a little bit. So I put my hand on his knee to calm him down and he calmed down instantly.

"Oh, son don't worry about it. I'm not mad at you I'm mad at Carter's mother. So what have you two been up to today?" My dad asked leaning back in the chair putting his hands behind his head. I know that he will deal with my mom later.

"We went and picked up some people from the airport." I started.

"What people?" My dad asked curiously.

"We picked up Justin's manager, his tour manager, his friend Alfredo, and we picked up Ryan and Chaz. And we saw Allie there guess what she's moving back!" I said in a rush hoping he wouldn't hear the part about Ryan and Chaz.

"Wait, you picked up Ryan and Chaz? As in your old best friends from Stratford?" My dad asked.

"Yeah, as in my old best friends from Stratford." I said. I know my dad was wondering if they knew what happened between my parents because I mean Stratford a small town. Secrets don't stay secrets very long out there.

"Why are Andrew and Nathan here?" I asked hoping to get off this subject.

"I heard my name!" Said Andrew running up from the basement.

"Yes you did! Why are you here?" I asked him.

"Nice to see you too sis. I actually have an announcement to make." Andrew said grinning mischievously. "Can it be? As I live and breath, thee Justin Bieber." Andrew said.
