"Oh good you're here!" Draculaura chirped when she saw me walking through the doors to the creepateria.

"Hi guys," I greeted and sat down with Draculaura, Cleo and Clawdeen who had saved a spot for me at their table.

"So tell us, ghoul, what happened with you and Holt? We need every detail! You barely said anything on the phone last night." Clawdeen sounded so eager.

"Well as I said before, he came to my room and comforted me about Neighthan," I started.

"Comforted you how?" Cleo asked and raised one of her perfectly arched eyebrows. I snorted.

"Like a friend would've." I said and smiled. "He said some very sweet things and one thing led to another..." I could tell that all three of them were on the edge of their seats. "and then we almost kissed."

"Almost?" Cleo exclaimed.

"Oh, so romantic!" Draculaura joined in.

"Well," I tried to explain. "it was for the better I think. It wouldn't have been a good idea to start smooching on someone new, the same day I got dumped."

"Of course it would've been a good idea." Cleo said. She almost looked offended that I didn't kiss Holt. "If I were you, I would've made out with a dozen boys just to get a good rebound. There is no shame in that."

"I think it was smart not to kiss Holt," Clawdeen interrupted, and glanced at Cleo.

"Well, he did kiss me," I admitted. Draculaura squealed. "on the cheek!" I added.

"Oh my ghoul! How sweet! Was it good?" she asked.

"I don't know. Yes? No?" I sighed. "It's a little difficult to tell when it was only on the cheek."

"Well, what are you going to do now?" Draculaura asked.

"Good question. I'm having that talk with Neighthan after school. I'm really curious to hear how he can explain dumping me. Maybe I should leave out the part about Holt." I answered. The ghouls nodded and I started picking my food. I didn't feel so hungry. Thinking about having a big talk with Neighthan made me loose my appetite.

"What about Jackson?" Drac then asked. I looked up at the ghouls.

"He's looking at you," Clawdeen added. The three of them started to giggle. I turned around and saw Jackson indeed looking at me while doing what looked like homework. But he was across the creepateria, I couldn't be sure.

"What about him?" I answered, still looking at Jackson.

"Uh, hello? Do you remember all the drama and heartbreak you went through with you, Holt and Jacksons love triangle?" Cleo stated, and she was right. I had completely forgotten all the drama that had happened when I tried to date either of them. I couldn't do that all over again. I sighed. It felt like all hope got lost again. Maybe I just shouldn't date at all. Everyone of my relationships have failed miserably. I looked away again.

Drac took my hand and squeezed it lightly. I met her smile.

"If it's meant to be, it will work out. Don't worry about it." she said.

"Yeah, focus on your talk with Neighthan first. Maybe he has a really valid reason to why the relationship didn't work." Clawdeen added. Cleo rolled her eyes.

"I don't get how you can justify Neighthan like that," Cleo said to Clawdeen. "He dumped our ghoul, Frankie, in cold blood. That manster deserves nothing."

"That is not what I'm saying, I..." Clawdeen snapped back growling.

I needed to be alone for a minute. My head couldn't space all these different opinions and voices about my relationship right now. I needed to listen to my own voice.

"Well, thank you ghouls for your advice. I'm gonna prepare for my talk with Neighthan, and I'll text you later." I said, grabbed my books and stormed out of the creepateria.
