We get a cellbar transition that transitions to Mayor Bellwether still in prison.

PRISON GUARD: Assistant Mayor Bellwether.

BELLEWETHER: Don't call me assistant mayor.

PRISON GUARD: Whatevs, you're free to go.

BELLWETHER: Bout fudgin time.

The guard unlocks the cell door an Bellwether walks out of the cell.

PRISON GUARD: Now you promise to be good this time. If you fail to do so you'll end back up in jail in this same cell.

BELLWETHER: Oh don't worry Officer I wouldn't dream of becomin bad again.

PRISON GUARD: Good, now go enjoy your freedom well you have it.

BELLWETHER: Thanks for takin care of me. I won't forget you.

PRISON GUARD: Anytime. See ya.

BELLWETHER: See ya too.

Bellwether walks out of the prison

BELLWETHER: Ugh it was like a swamp in there, no AC or heater an those beds were as hard as a rock not to mention you don't get any privacy when you use the restroom cuz the toliet is not blocked off by anythin an it's in your room too so your cell always stunk. I can't believe the government still lets them run this crap hole. If you don't want to shut the prison down at least make em upgrade it god. Anyways, now I can finally get fresh air an take my revenge on Judy Hopps an Nick Wilde an run them out of Zootopia for good. She chuckles sinisterly

She walks away
