As the morning come, you couldn't stop thinking about last night. You try to convince yourself that it's all was a dreams but it's feel real. It's feel like he's really here, standing by your side. “Jungwoo... ” that's the name Jungkook and you decided to name your son if it's a boy. A sudden tears filled your eyes. You turn to look at your son. You still didn't give him any name yet. He's got a doe eyes literally the same like his father.
Without realizing your tears falls, but that couldn't stop you from letting a smile for your son. Now, he's your everything. Eunjung walk in and saw how happy your look. “Jungwoo.. ” you said as Eunjung frowned “what?” “his name is Jungwoo” her eyes widened and a smile flashes on her faces.
“Hello Jungwoo” she said that and caress Jungwoo cheeks. “He look so cute” she again said and giggles. You laughed looking at Eunjung who's keep on doing a funny faces for Jungwoo. Jungkook might not be here with you, but Jungwoo presence is enough to made you feel happy throughout this whole situation.
A year later, It's kinda hard for you to handle Jungwoo by yourself but still, nothing would change the fact that you're happiness is him. Not only that, you also started to work back as a model. Having a tight schedule is hard, so you decided to hire a babysitter for Jungwoo. Jieun and Eunjung also visited you at least twice a week so that they know that you're taking care of yourself too.
Day by day passed as Jungwoo already know how to walk and talk a bit. “Momma!” he shouted as you quickly walked to him. “What's wrong dear?” you asked. There's also Eunjung and Jieun here, they're visiting Jungwoo. “Daddy give me this!” he said while showing you his new toy cars. You frowned. “Jungwoo that's Jieun noona gifts for you” you said to him as he shook his heads.
Jungwoo is still one years old so he only understand a bit words. To your surprise he always called out daddy out of nowhere. Sometimes you wonder is it the bond between a father a his kids or what. Jieun chuckle looking at you who keep on staring at Jungwoo. “Don't you think it's the time?” Eunjung suddenly said, you understand what she means and look away.
Guilt filled your mind, “It's too early” you said and Eunjung shook her heads in disappointment. “Then what? You're going to wait until Jungwoo grown up? He needs a father figure in his life y/n!” Eunjung scolded and you look down. “I-i'm scared.. what if, he already happy with her? What if..” “What if he needs you? What if he's actually suffering without you in his life? Please, besides you promised him remember?” she cut you off. Jieun look at both of you awkwardly.
“3 years, give me 3 years to fix myself and after that, I promised I'll be by your side forever” those words flash back inside your minds. What Eunjung said is right. You promised him.. maybe it is too early, but for Jungwoo sake. You need to low your ego. “Next week, I'll meet him” you said and Eunjung smiles.
“Believe me, you're making a great decision” you gave her a light smile before continue playing with your son. The night came, you had to go out for a shoots leaving your son with Jieun to take care of. You trust Jieun, you had a total 6 hours for shoots.
It's about 2.30 am, your schedule has done. You quickly grab your coats and the keys. Walking inside your car, you drove home. About 10 minutes later arrived home. The lights is still on, Jieun probably doing her assignments. You open the front door and spotted Jieun sleeping on the couch. She looks tired, you quietly walk to your room and grab a blanket so she won't catch cold.
As you done, you walk to Jungwoo's room. You found your son sleeping peacefully. Walking to him you kiss his heads and wishing goodnite to him. Jungwoo move his body a bit before mumbling something. “daddy" your eyes widened.
Daddy? Why did he keep on saying that when he didn't even meet his father yet? He only about 2 years old. Frowning, you look at his faces. “Jungkook..” his names slipped from your mouths. Everytime you look at Jungwoo, his face will appear inside your minds.
Snapped, you sigh and walk out from Jungwoo's room. The thought of meeting Jungkook again made your heads hurt for the thousands times. Did you really ready? What if he's actually happy without you? What if he didn't want you anymore in his life? Groaning, you changes and take a sleep.
It's already 8.10 in the morning, today is the day. The day you're going to meet Jungkook. Nervous, guilt all filled your minds. You're gonna bring Jungwoo with you. Pulling out your phone, you texted Jungkook. Surprisingly, he didn't change his number.
“Let's meet up” you're hesitate to send it, taking a deep breath you pressed the send buttons as the message show it's already sent. You closed your eyes letting the phone to slipped out from your grips falling onto the soft mattress.
It didn't take long when a sudden buzzes shows up signalling someone just send you a messages. Your eyes shot open as you quickly grab your phone and read it. “your favorite cafe, on 10” you frowned. Didn't he freaking out why you texted him one year earlier than it's supposed to be?
You bite your lips in nervousness. Slightly glance to your son who's busy playing with his toys. Jungwoo giggles in happiness. You let out a deep breath. Later on, you walk inside the cafe with Jungwoo in your arms. Looking around you spotted his back.
Jungkook is sitting alone, his fingers fiddle up as he look so nervous. A light smile show up on your lips as you watching him from behind. You again, turn to look at Jungwoo, he's holding your neck as his head lean on your shoulders. Jungwoo is sleepy since the ride took about an hour.
