It was already afternoon when they finished.

Gu Chunzhu and Su Wangqin busily packed the rabbit and badgers skin on their basket. When they saw the rotten vegetable leaves on the side, Gu Chunzu asked if she could have them.
There were only a few insect holes or yellow leaves on it anyway.

: "If you don't want these vegetable leaves, can I have them? I'll take it home and make pickles"

"Well, Its not worth alot of money. I used to give it to people"
Guisao agreed and helped her put it on her back basket, while sighing she said
"Chunzhu, the next time you deliver prey, lets chat again."

"Let's see each other next time "
Gu Chunzu was afraid that this season, there might be no prey in the mountains, but she still smiled and said goodbye, carrying a basket on their backs.

She and Su Wanqin left the backdoor of Xiyinglou.

    The two were already starving.
Walking on the stone paved street of the county. Gu Chunzu pointed at the stall.
"Brother Wang, lets buy two pancakes to eat."

"Okay" Su Wangqin listened to her.

Gu Chunzhu looked at Su Wangqin gratefully. The heavy broken basket was also on his back, her own basket was empty. She went to buy two pancakes quickly.

A copper for two. The pancake was made of course flour with a bit of sweetness enough to satisfy their hunger. She also asked the brother vendor for two bowls of water.

The two put down their back baskets and crouched beside the stall without taking care of their image.
After biting the cake, they felt comfortable on their belly.

Gu Chunzhu stopped after eating half a pancake.

Su Wangqin looked at her, he thought of what she said last night so he took the cake she had not finished and ate it himself.

"If you can't lose weight, just eat."
Su Wangqin gave her a distressed glance, drank the water, got up and gave the bowls back to the vendor.

Su Wangqing didn't mind eating half of his leftover pancakes. Gu Chunzhu had a feeling that she couldn't speak, she had never done such thing before.

She was still in a daze when Su Wangqin took her arm and pulled her up. "Hurry up, the oxcart is about to go back to the village, if we're late, we'll have to stay the night"

They walked quickly.
Su Wangqin's legs and feet were difficult to walk so Gu Chunzhu said, "If we can't go back on time, we'll just stay in the county for one night. We have earned a lot of money!"

"Okay." Su Wangqin responded but his pace didn't slow down.

They have arrived at the ox cart place just on time. The two catched up their breath.

It was another two hours when the oxcart arrived at the town, the sun setting.

Gu Chunzhu still had something to do and counted ten copper plates from his arms. "Brother Wang, please buy two steamed buns for your mother and bring some delicious food back for the children. I'll go to the stall. I did n’t come  to sell river prawns today, I want to know if there were any inquiries”
