N O WRegardless of whether I still cared about Sky or not, I couldn't let him know it. I couldn't let him know that I'm seventeen years old and he's still the only boy I've ever kissed, that the reason I couldn't possibly ever imagine being intimate with a guy is because no one has ever even compared to him. So you see, Sky Maddison can't know much power he had over me, I have to do the thing that's best for me and in this case, it is to forget him.
I took a deep breath and made my way to the top of the stairs, and there was Sky; tall, polite and pretty. His mom hadn't changed a bit, she was still Madeline Maddison, chestnut curls and big green eyes. She wore a floral purple blouse that complimented her eyes, my mom hugged her and when they finally pulled away they both had tears in their eyes.
