Akaashi's pov

I was just a servant, to her. But for me she was my everything. I swore, to protect no matter what.
Yes, loving her must be just a mere dream. But as long as I get to be beside her, that's okay.
She was a cruel queen to be honest, but inside I knew that she was the kindest. She just changed ever since we were small.
She ruled a land, and the people despised the way she took care of it. That's why, if anything happens I will, AND I WILL, do whatever it takes to let her live.
No matter what her sins we're I will be at her side.
Soon, a few days later, the villagers invaded the castle. Torches and pitchforks with them as they went to find her.
"Y/N-sama wear this"
Handing her the cloak she gazes at me, worried in her face. "Why?" I took a wig that looked just like her hair, took one of her queen clothing, and smiled at her softly.
"Akaashi?"
"I'm sorry," I smiled "Y/N-sama."
"Akaashi?!"
Pushing her to a secret hideout, I rushed to the queens quarters, and stood by the window. The mob soon breaks in and they all yell.
"Kill the queen!"
"She is to be executed for all her wrong doings!"
"I say we chop her head off"
Internally shuddering at that thought I looked at them. Two men grabbed me and tied me on a rope before taking me to the town.
Time skip
A day, maybe two perhaps has passed. And I stood by the wooden stage. Looking at the crowd before me all happy for their queen to soon be gone.
As they shoved my head to the wooden material, along with my hands. The people cheered and chanted seeing their 'queen' helpless and now they were free.
But that didn't matter, cause I saw the queen by the crowd. Gazing at me with sad and horrified eyes.
My eyes widen, a smile slowly forming on my lips. Her tears now falling as I say my last words that she could decipher.
'I love you'
There, a painless death has cut my head off as I see the queen in tears. Before I slowly fall in a deep slumber.
