For those who fail the Licensing Exam:
You failed the Exam and Have to take extra training to get your license.
For today's training, the exam manager brought a teacher and her class of students who have super strong quirks. They didn't seem to listen to their teacher and they sure as heck weren't listening to Bakugou.
Though Bakugou surprisingly had an idea on how to win their hearts ("Or whatever") But it all comes down to Todoroki, Inasa, Camie, and your quirks.
What happens?
Nathan: Due to his quirk, he works extremely well with kids, so it didn't take long for a few kids to take a liking towards him
Dimitri: As mentioned by Todoroki, he can not make complex structures with his ice so he used the kid's quirks to make his design. Dimitri helps out by using his quirk to make copies of the quirks and help further the design. He also adds other fun things for the kids around Todoroki's design
Bella: Uses Corvus to take the kids to the top of Todoroki's slide along with teleporting them around the room
