Welcome to UA U! After a tragic accident towards the end of the year, UA and the Dormitories were destroyed, Nezu thought there was no possible way for the school to come back from this, But 1-A had other ideas. With help from 1-B, the Support Course, the Business Course and some of the Graduating the graduating third years (The Big 3's Class mainly) along with some construction workers, UA made a University that was almost as great as UA High. It became almost like an American Private School.

The dorms are separated by course and then sub divided by gender (So if you're in 1-A you can be in the same room as say...Kendo or someone not in your class since they aren't separated by class) .
Dorm Rooms hold up to to two students per room except for Mineta (I love you Mineta, but we have a perfect room for you, away from the girls, alone, like you shall forever be).
