A/N: So before we get into this chapter I just want to say... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 11K READS & 500 VOTES I AM SO OVERWHELMED WITH HAPPINESS YOU ANGELS REALLY ARE THE BEST EVER!!!
Seriously though guys thank you so much, I know I am not the best or motivated author but this is more than what I could ask for. I never imagined this FF exceeding 12 chps 100 reads and 50 votes. I am really happy you guys give the time to read this and wait for my updates. You really are true angels x
Also I am going to do a full story edit soon... This chapter is Lamai's memories continued, we will be back to the main couple in the next chapter. Oh and it occurred to me that sometimes I spell Tul's mother's name wrong. The correct spelling is Lamai not Lamia. I wanted to keep some traditional thai names so that's why I chose Lamai instead of Lamia.
Oh and the song is a little something I've been listening to a lot lately...it probably doesn't fit this chapter well but I just wanted to share it with you guys.

BADUMP

BADUMP
I stood there flustered as this godly man called me beautiful. Unable to talk, my father continued his earlier conversation with Mr Nattapol. I listened as they talked about trading and business concerning an upcoming trade that was supposed to bust some newly rising gang that's been going around stealing shipments or whatever.
Well that's all I understood from their conversation though I can guess that the main reason they are doing this raid isn't just to bite back at their stolen goods. There's clearly another ulterior motive that I am not even going to try to figure out knowing it'll only end in bloodshed either way and there's also the fact that my father wasn't going to listen to reason.
Minding my own business I excused myself from the two men and made my way back into the hall. Grabbing a champagne glass off a waitress as I passed through the crowd of people who had gathered to celebrate our alliance with The Crimson Wolves.
Who knew such an event needed such a huge cellabration. I'm sure a dinner party would have been more convenient but then again this is my father we are talking about. As much of a down to earth guy he is he is also quite the show off when he wants to be.
As I made my way through the crowd my eyes caught sight of a young man and a woman cooped in the corner engaged in a conversation. It may have seemed normal to any other person here but not to me, I only needed to observe their body language to tell they were up to something shady.
The woman looked as if she was in her mid thirties, she wore a long black dress that flowed down to her angles where it met the tie to her black heels. Her hair was also jet black but her eyes were as blue as the sky. Certainly her looks would be considered beautiful especially when accompanied by perfectly shaped rose red lips and a smooth buttoned nose. She also had those desirable cheek bones. Whether or not they are natural is another question. Hell I may have even idolised her had I not witness what I just had.
The man on the other hand wasn't too bad looking but definitely projected a dirty aura. His hair was bright blonde and his build wasn't too bad. You needn't look twice to see the muscles he had squeezed into a shirt that looked small but part of the style he was tryna give off. His eyes were a dark brown occupied by thick browns, a long nose and thin lips. His cheekbones were also that desired by many men.
Watching them closely I made my way over to a painting of some greek gods that wasn't too far from them so I could get a closer listen into their conversation. I sipped from my glass as I moved a stray strand of hair behind my ear as I tuned into their conversation, passing side glances to watch as they exchanged notes.
