Narrator's pov

"James" she whispered

The dark skinned man laid lifeless on the floor before her. Luna's cheek was drenched in the now cold tears with mixed with the blood on her cheek.

"Oh hush up child, you're so dramatic" A voice rang through the office

The girl's eyes glanced in the direction of the voice, only to see two familiar silver eyes watching her

"You did this" Luna muttered
"You did this to him! FOR WHAT? YOUR DAUGHTER'S POWER BACK?"

"I have many reasons why I do the things I do Luna" she smiled

"You just killed the man that basically second hand raised me!" she yelled

"Nothing like having two father's" she rolled her eyes

"What is wrong with you? What the actual fuck went wrong with you? Did they drop you on the stairs of heaven when you were a child?" Luna hissed

"That hurt" Medusa pouted

"YOU JUST KILLED JAMES"

"Be quiet, your yelling is gonna give my pets a headache" Medusa groaned, soft hissing could be heard throughout the room

"You're gonna pay for this" Luna muttered, suddenly a hysterical laughter echoed through her ear. Medusa held nothing back as she laughed. The annoying voice of the woman could almost make her ears bleed, even James would roll in his grave

"Look at you, you're weak. You're pathetic, you even cry!"

"Crying isn't a sign of weakness" Luna whispered

"It makes you vulnerable, I thought your father taught you well. Guess I was wrong. Tsk Tsk Tsk" She shook her head

"Where is he" Luna said

"Lucifer? Oh he's right here" The woman smirked

"What? Where?"

"Right in the corner" Medusa chuckled

The woman brought her hands to the air, she waved it and the room flickered bright.

Luna's eyes dropped on the sight she'd never expect to see before.

Lucifer was on his knees before the so called Angel. His flesh seemed as if it was slowly withering, Luna's eyes dropped to his feet. She just stared at him open mouthed. Her brain formulated no thoughts other than to register that she was shocked.

The devil's trap was still there, neither Luna or Lucifer could touch it or they'd go up in flames within a second.

To say it pained Luna to see her father like that was an understatement. Her father was the best thing in her life for years. Not one day did he make her feel like she didn't matter to anyone. Not one day did he let her think she's alone. Not one day did she feel like she wasn't loved. That's real love, that's truth. He'd protect anyone, help anyone, because that big heart of his hears the hearts of everyone - not the mask or self deception, but the real self... and that is who he responds to, which can confuse those who don't have a strong connection with their true selves.

The man hunched over, his face wasn't visible. His brow hair attached to his face, his body trembled violently. He seemed to be in so much pain

"Dad!" Luna screamed, Her feet took control as her body dashed towards the man

Only to be stopped. Medusa held her hands out towards the girl. Her eyes flickered green as a force held Luna in place.

"Ugh, release me!" Luna yelled
