Fate 3: Illegitimate child?

Izuku's POV

In the middle of the Sports Festival, something unthinkable happened.

Todoroki-kun called me and questioned me about my identity

"Are you All Might's illegitimate child or something?"

I choked. Wha? What? Just when did I become someone else's child? And All Might of all people?? Where is it coming from? In the first place I dont look like him. But then again, some children does not look like their parents. But what made him think that? Did he saw us talking privately? No that's not it...

"You got it all wrong"

"Your power is too similar to All Might"

Because it is the same power

I told him no. I am not his child but he concluded that I am related to him in some way.

He started telling me about how he grew up with the expectations of his father. And how the number 2 hero Endeavor created him to surpass the symbol of peace.

I was taken aback. His background story is worthy of a protagonist in one of those best selling mangas.

I felt sorry for him. Even though he is an alpha, he is struggling with his life unlike Kachan who grew up with little to no difficulties.

I thought that he deserves All Might's power better than me. But giving him All for One is like I am trampling All Might's and everyone's belief in me.

All I can do is to become someone who will believe in him. At least that way, his burden will ease a little bit.

"That's your power!!" I screamed, hoping my voice would reach him.

He looked so shocked. Then he used his fire quirk. The power he vowed that he will never use. A small smile can be seen in his usual poker face.

"Midoriya, thank you"

That is the last thing I heard before completely losing my conciousness.
