You were shot into the air, "ok landing strategy" you mumble to yourself. "I don't have one" you realize, at this point you're hurtling towards the ground. You spot a tree near you and thought fast. You pull out one of your swords and use it to slide down the tree. You land on the ground checking your surroundings, " guess I'm all alone" you think to yourself. Looking back you see the cliff, " sooo north should be that way" you say, you venture off towards the temple.

While walking towards the temple you hear screams, you look around to realize that the screams came from overhead. You look up to find Ruby and the Ice queen in the claws of a flying grimm, seeing Ruby you stop and contemplate on helping. "Should I?" you think to yourself " I mean it IS the right thing to do, but all those years of pain" you continue to decide. "You dolt!!" you hear the ice queen yell, " ah what the hell" you say to yourself. You begin to run after them, climbing a really tall tree you prep yourself to to jump right on top on a grimm. You jump off unsheathing your swords, you stab the grimm and begin to slice down its body. It screeches in pain and begins to dissolve. " ah fuck" you mutter to yourself as you all begin to fall. You prepare for a bad landing when you're grabbed by something fast. Next thing you knew you were on the ground just fine. You realize that Ruby saved you three. Feeling tense you leave, " welp I gotta go and find that temple soooo.... bye" you say as you try to leave. " Wait don't leave" you hear Ruby say, " and why not?" You question" I can't believe I'm talking to her" you think," because you saved us from the grimm" she says, " and you saved us all from a bad fall, we're even" you say as you run off. You keep running feeling bad things creep up inside of you, soon you hear a deep growl. You turn to see that you're surrounded by grimm. Pulling out your swords you begin to fight, one after another. Soon there's only one left, tired you begin to run at it, then out of nowhere it was shot. You look over to find Ruby holding up her scythe in sniper form. " Thank you" you say as you begin to once again leave her. " No, wait!" She yells speeding towards you, she appears right in front of you " why don't we team up you, me, and Weiss" she offers, " oh yeah, that's the ice queen's name" you think to yourself. " Yeah..." you start to say seeing Ruby's face light up with joy "yeah..........no" you say crushing her spirits. "Why not?" She questioned " because, no" you say as you begin to leave, " pleeeaassee" she says as she decides to attach herself to your arm, there you realize that you were really taller than her. "Nope" you say, " there you are" you hear Weiss say to Ruby, " how dare you leave me?" she starts to scold Ruby, " I was just catching up to this guy, to thank him and ask him to join us" Ruby tells her, " Why would I need anymore nuisan-" Weiss stops as she sees you " oh" she says softly, "well then, I guess since he saved us and all he can join me, I mean us" she says staring at you. " Seeeee" Ruby says " even Weiss wants you to join" she tries to reason with you. " hmmm, I'll think about it" you say wanting her to stop pestering you, " YAAAY!!!" Ruby says jumping high in the air. " Let's go the temple's this way she says as she grabs Weiss and tries to grab you, but you dodge her. " I'll follow close behind" you tell her. You all begin to walk towards the temple as you start to think. " where's Blake in all of this? And is Ruby really gonna be my teammate?" You get to the temple to find Blake and Yang fighting grimm. "More of them" you think sighing. " better go help her" you mumble to yourself as you unsheathe your swords.
