Chapter 17

Skye's POV.........

As I walk into the base after a hard mission. I started to talk to one of the female agents that I had just been working with then she asked if I would like to join her and a few other girl for drinks then I saw jemma working in her lab alone. so I said no and left to walk to the lab. when I bumped into agent Scott and her crew.

"Sorry I wasn't watching were I was going" I said and started to walk away.

"Why did you have to brake Simmons heart" the girl with the dark hair said

"Because she broke mine but we are back together now and nothing can change that" I said and walked away and into the lab where Simmons was working and I sat down in at my desk and started to work on some stuff then I felt some soft warm loving arms around me and I turned around and there was Simmons and I pulled her onto my lap. And she wrapped her arms around my neck.

"Hey" I said

"Hey how was your mission" she said

"Fine I guess" I said "how have you been going today in the lab" i said knowing she would have found out some thing great or finely finished.

"Not much today. it was quit boring" she said

"I can't have been that boring" I said

"It Would be boring for you but maybe not for me" she said

"But it's still interesting about it" I said then she told me all about it happily.

"Skye I heard about agent jay it wasn't your fault" she said and I thourgh about how agent jay got shot in my watch and it's my fault that she was dead.

"Agent Skye report to the directors office now" was said thourgh my ear peice.

"I've got to go and see the director, I'll see you tonight" is said/asked.

"See you then" she said getting off my we kissed then I left. As I walked down to coulsons office he found me.

"Hello Skye" he said walking into the office

"Sir" I said in reply

"As you heard about the mission to go and pick up the avengers and bring them here well I have chosen you to be that person so pack your stuff you, agent j and agent k. you will leave in an hour" he said as we walked thought the hall to his office. "oh and Skye I'm happy you and Simmons worked it out, so you and her have the rest of the day of and report for your mission tomorrow" he said and the I was dismissed and I made my way back to my room and there waiting out side was Simmons and I just smiled at her and walked over to her and wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her In close. she was so warm all I could do was look at her.

"Hello beautiful what brings you here" I said in a flirt/awful British accent. and she just rolled her eyes at my attempt to do a British accent.

"Well I was wondering I could pay a visit to my lovely, sweet, caring not to mention sexy girlfriend" she said

"Oh really" I said putting a strand of her hair that had fallen I her face "but she is no where nearly as smart, kind, caring and sexy as her girlfriend" I said then kissed her and she kissed me back. then we pulled apart and walked into my room. then started to kiss more heavily. and made our way over to the lounge and I sat down and she sat on my lap.

Simmon's POV....

As I kiss my girlfriend I think about what it would be like to be more then just girlfriends. I have this feeling that she is the one and only her light brown hair and dark brown eyes. that just pulls you in. I don't know what I should do If I lost her she is my life. as we pull out of the kiss and I look into her eyes I can see hope for the future with her.

"Jemma I love you, and I don't what I'll do if I lost you" she said

"I love you too and I don't how I will live without you" I said back and we kissed again. I can sense nerves coming from her. Then she pulled away and looked into my eyes.

"Jemma--" she stopped then start talking again "will you marry me" she said pulling out a ring. I kiss because of course I want to marry her

"Yes" I said and she put the ring on my finger and then we kiss again then one thing lead to another and ........
