My Love

Chapter 7

I make eye contact with Ann Marie, and returns with an intense gaze equal to mine. I mouth "come dance with me" never taking my eyes off of her piercing blue ones. She doesn't move.

"Hey Leah, I'm going to the bathroom." Kim said to me. I almost forgot I was dancing with her. I nod my head in acknowledgement.

Why must she do this to me. Does she not know what she does to me. The thought of her has my heart wrenching painfully. I feel as if i am movin in slow motion. My racing thoughts of her everyday of every hour not a time goes by that I do not think of her. How can such yerning for someone cause so much pain. This is inapropriate but I can't help it. Trying to keep my distance is not helping. All I want is to be in her prescence. I must keep my distance so I don't over power her with my disres. If only things were different. Just only. I find myself lost in her blue shimmering eyes. She speaks with sush passion and heart. I take in every word and live by it.

I make my way up to our provate section. I find Ann gazing at the crowd as in search for something. I walk up to her timidly not wanting to startle her.

Ann Marie Pov

I search the crowded club looking for Leah but its as if she too blended in with the sea of people. I turn to my left and I see Leah approaching me. She looks so scared like she did something wrong. As she stops in front of me I cant help but to admire her beauty. So captivating.

We do not speak at first. In the silence everything is felt no words can amount to our growing connection. What I wouldn't give to wrap her up in my arms and never let go. She makes me question everything. But i could never be the one to come between a marriage.

"Come dance with me," Leah says, as she holds out her hand for me to take. Which I do.

We have danced together many times but this is different. There's more meaning to it. The song is very sensual and it's as if Leah is singing it to me. Her eyes look for reassurance in mine. I give it to her.

'Will you still live me when I'm no longer young and beautiful?'

I will love you forever.
