After a few hours of running,Y/n made it to the entrance of the Volcano.They took a deep breath and sighed in relief,they were safe! Now all they had to do was find either Lycan or Cuda to help them out.
Normaly,Cuda was busy with other shapes or helping around town so Lycan was the one who normally was around the Volcano the most.He was laid back and a huge music fanatic.You could spot him anywhere in the volcano because he normally sang along to the song he was listening to.
You remembered one time Lycan told you about these cool headphones he wanted,but couldn't afford.After working around town long enough you got the exact amount to buy those headphones.When you gave him the gift,he was so excited he couldn't stop thanking you.He wears them everyday and has a lot of respect towards you because of your little gift.
Though,you were shocked to hear only the flowing water inside the volcano.Normally,you could hear Lycan's voice flow through this place.You remembered he would also zone out to his music,so that was probably what he was doing.
As you walked on the stone path towards Lycan's hang out spot,you admired the glowing blue mushrooms that illuminated the dark place.It made the place give off a nice blue hue to the grey stone walls that acted like protection to the world outside.
But as you walked,you failed to notice the pink color of the water....or the mushrooms turning ragged and pink that drowned the blue hue in its dangerous color.
You wondered when you would see Lycan,but as you looked up...there he was!
But he looked....off...
He was standing in the shadows of the volcano,facing the wall.His headphones that u bought were relaxing around his shoulders.
Still,you were too concerned about your injury to talk about it
"Lycan! Hey I need a bit of help and I was wondering if..."
As you talked,you were cut short when Lycan turned to you.You could only see the front of him due to the light....but that was all you needed to see.
His blue skin was now pink as his bumps were now sharp spikes.His clothing was now different shades of pink,the only normal thing was the headphones.The worst part was his face....his chill white eyes now black and filled with evil intentions.His mouth was in a sinister smile with two sharp teeth alarming you of your coming danger
You stepped back as he came forward....this wasn't the Lycan you knew...
You did your best to run out of there,it wasn't safe like it used to.Sadly,Lycan had other plans.
He shot one of his attacks at one of the volcano's Stalactites,which caused it to fall on you and bring you down to the ground hard.
As your vision blurred...you noticed Cuda's familiar shoes standing in front of you...but they were a very dark pink.You felt yourself get pick up and carried out of the volcano before blacking out.
